I had tons of problems with the device I ordered. I chose Anker before going on an important work trip because I thought it was a brand I could trust would have tight quality control. Instead, I found that the customer is essentially used as quality control. The device arrived totally discharged, was charging slower than expected and discharging rapidly and have an egrigiously tight USB-A socket. It also appears to have much less capacity than an Inui device of the same stated capacity in mAh but which was six years older, When contacting support, I was tasked with endless trouble shooting by people who were clearly using AI to write their responses. I also had to clarify my situation repeatedly. This was and remains highly inconvenient during my trip when combined with the fact that the device still hinders my available energy. During the process, Anker admitted that for true fast charging, using both sockets was optimal but that would require me to carry two adapters, two wall chargers and two cables. They also stated that bluetooth and the screen may discharge the battery by up to 15% overnight despite it not being plugged into any device. These gimmicks appear to have taken precedence over rhe performance. I am using the unit for the exact use-case it is advertised for (travel and work) and have found it to be so suboptimal that it is incapable for these scenarios. After all this trouble, Anker offered very little more than my standard consumer rights of returning the item, not taking into account the fact that they had essentially shipped me a dud, got me to extensively test and troubleshoot it and massively disrupted my ability to work whilst away from home (costing me additional time and money to rectifty). My advice to others would be to steer well clear of Anker in a professional setting and remain highly vigilant when purchasing Anker products for personal use as I can only assume thay there is wild variation in the shipped units (unless they are all as disappointing as mine).
I used it and it is amazing, had some problems. With delivery, but customer service was helpful enough to solve the problem for me. Worth every penny.
I’m sure the product is great. But I’m 2 weeks in and all I’m being told is that it’s been escalated to the logistics department. Bit poor

This Anker Power Bank is an incredible piece of kit! Masses of power, just when you need it and not only that but it has a fantastic display, which tells you all sorts of useful information such as how much power it has left and how long it will take to charge.
I really love this product and I don’t know how I managed before it came out.
Well done Anker, another amazing product!
Nice compact power bank. Bought it with £40 off, so well worth it.

Max. charging 70W. Then max. 30W. Not 100W which is just the maximum one for the first part of the charging. Even with 2 X 240W charging cable.

This power bank is genuinely more useful than I expected. The first thing I noticed is how solid it feels. It’s heavy, but in a reassuring way — like you know it’s actually holding a lot of charge. It doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy at all.Charging speed is the main win here. It powers my devices fast, and I can charge multiple things at once without it slowing down much. That 220W output actually makes a difference if you’ve got more demanding gear.I also like the display. It shows what’s going on clearly, so you’re not guessing how much battery is left or what’s charging. It’s the kind of thing I just keep in my bag now because it removes that worry of “will my phone die today?” or needing to hunt for sockets.Only downside is the size and weight — it’s not something you forget you’re carrying. But that’s the trade-off for this level of power.Overall, strong, reliable, and feels like a proper long-term piece of kit.

Great power bank overall. It performs all its functions very well. With devices like a Steam Deck or a laptop, the battery does not last extremely long because those devices consume a lot of power, but the power bank itself works отлично and charges very fast.
It is compact for its capacity, feels high quality, and almost does not heat up during use. The small built-in display is also very useful and shows interesting information like charging speed, battery percentage, and power usage in real time.
Very happy with the purchase overall.

It definitely passes the old adage ‘if it weighs well’ is a sign of quality.
I’m also surprised how handy it is. Not that I’m lazy but it’s surprising (even in your own house) that a socket is not always immediately in the vicinity of where you are sitting, meaning you can continue using your phone/ipad with your Anker Prime Power Bank. Unfortunately, I was unaware that not all models are capable of ‘pass through charging’. Meaning, you cannot use it to charge whilst being charged simultaneously. Not this model, anyway! So something to be aware of prior to buying. Also since buying I have come across some really neat designs on the outer casing. That’s down to me, so no fault of Anker. But it is still a looker and very tactile. In summary, imho I am very pleased with the Anker brand and have since bought other items of the brand.

Expensive, but very high quality and the extended output abilities to numerous devices is impressive.

Good smart looking piece of kit. Works as it says it will on the tin. Thinking maybe will be getting the charging base at some stage.
