Apparently if you put a cable in each usb c port it resets the device (it doesn't and if it did how would you know?).

apprently you can upgrade firmware to get round charger not charging when it should. A reset will allow the firmware. (it wont)

from the people that bought you small chargers that didn't weigh a ton they bring you a useless and frankly very expensive brick. not sure what to do with it, me neither ... uselesd waste of space charger avoid!

It's a fantastic charger. It's super fast, but it's not cheap, very expensive. I also bought the charging stand . It is also expensive. Add the two together, and it's a lot of money, but it's the best charger I have ever had it's a good investment

Impressive specification, the display on the power bank and the app provide details of the rate of charge (of the power bank and of your device) and the state of charge of the power bank. Very fast recharge on the Anker charger too.

This charges my devices quickly and lasts a long time on a full charge, 4 days away and no travel plug needed, no complaints at all it works very well

I recently had a bad product review but as I contacted their teams via Anker directly they immediately responded to my request in doing so I was willfully compensated for the product and was happy therefore due to it

Brilliant piece of kit from Anker. Design, functionality and build quality is excellent. A bit weighty, but forgivable for such a versatile power bank. It charged my Surface Book 2 through a small adaptor with no hassle whatsoever, something I was not able to do with my other units. Now I only need this and my GaN wall charger instead of different charging bricks. Recharge speed from a normal USB-c charger or wall socket is slow, which is expected but with a GaN charger at 100w it was a rapid process. This is a premium device and, in my opinion, well worth the money. A GaN 100w charger would be a worthwhile investment, along with 100w capable cables, which would complement this outstanding piece of kit.

I just got it today but I am so surprise by it, I'm just going to leave my initial quick review and opinion about this power bank.It's 5 star.When I got it, it was discharged to 0%. I was a bit worried but the battery life is at 100%. I also got the Anker base; After I dropped on top of the Anker base, from 0% to 100%, it charged in about one hour with a continuous 100w input. The capacity is real and I have tested it extensively throughout the day. After updating the firmware, I can see now the temperature when charging or discharging, accurately the percentage of the power bank and a few more stuff. Anyway, I love that it tells you precisely how much current it pulls from the power bank. It gives you quite a lot of data and moreover, if you set up your devices properly on the app, it will tell you exactly how many charges you can charge that specific device with the battery you have left on the powerbank. This information is also uploaded on the powerbank itself and you can see it with three slow presses of the right button.Nevertheless, it's small. Really small that I can easily carry with me in my bag. I had quite a few powerbanks and none was good, accurate, stable, and small as compared to the power it holds. On the other side, other powerbanks I have to charge them overnight. This is from 0% to 100% to charge it (real charge) in one hour, that's a huge advancement in technology. You can also opt for optimized charging and discharging to maximize battery life.I was reluctant to purchase it, especially given the price and that I have to get the Anker base to fully take advantage of this device. But I don't regret my choices, especially since I needed something like this.As for now, 5 out of 5 stars. If I don't change my RATING, that means is working just fine as expected.

Bought the (far cheaper) 12mah and whist impressed with display, found it to be heavy for its output and whilst good good for keeping the phone topped up....could not cope with laptop and tablet also been thrown at it. This 27mah model is only half as much weight again, is not that much bigger and outputs well over twice as much power. It can cope with mulple devices at once. Better still the display can be changed to display volts, amps and watts. The app (which for some reason is not avalable for the smaller models) is a nice addition. With the optional (it isn't really that optional) base charger unit the 100W charge (only if nothing else if charging from the base frustratingly) fills this up in just under an hour (my old non-Prime 12mah battery took 6 hours!) If this isn't fast enough, plug in two 100W chargers and you'll easily halve this time. Talking of time, this also has the option to permanently display the time. Sturdy. Does what it says if a tad pricey compared to the competition.
