it overheats almost straight away and my phone doesn’t even charge to 20% without losing 2 bars

I really like that it has the kickstand feature
Bought 2 of these for a trip abroad and one doesn’t hold its charge and the other isn’t much better. Have fully charged them several times and they are still doing the same thing. They both run down without being used one within 24/36 hrs and the other after 2 to 3 days. Basically only useful if used the same day as charged. Wouldn’t buy these ones again. I also own 1 of the 10000mAH versions and that is fine. The question is are mine faulty or is this the best I can expect from this product.

The ease of using this charger is a major plus, however I have found it seems to have less charging capacity than you’re traditional battery pack + cable, also the product does get hot at times especially if in a pocket.Overall though it’s so practical and easy to grab of you’re in a hurry

Great power bank for my 15 Pro Max. Been using this for almost a year and it's great. I get one and a bit full charge for my phone and love how small it is so slips in my pocket or back without feeling chunky.The kickstand is ok on flat surfaces although can sometimes struggle to hold the weight of the Pro Max when on slightly uneven surfaces.
