Overall, this is an excellent charger and does exactly what it’s advertised to do. It charges devices quickly, and the power bank itself also recharges surprisingly fast.
My only real criticism is the fixed-length cable. While it’s convenient to have a built-in cable, it can easily get caught on other items when it’s in a bag. The loop also looks like it could be used as a carry handle, but it isn’t really designed or strong enough for that purpose.
A retractable cable would have been a nice addition, although I can understand why Anker may have chosen not to go that route. A retractable mechanism could become a point of failure over time, so a fixed cable is likely the more reliable option. Another idea could have been to recess the cable into the body of the charger, although I appreciate that space constraints may have made this difficult.
Despite that minor drawback, it’s a fantastic product that performs exactly as expected, and I’d happily recommend it.
