very sensitive to cables, i wanted to use a shorter one and of the six i tried, only one works and i am unsure if it's charging at 15w, it seems slower than my inui wireless charger ( but it does look better)

Ordered directly from Anker and had it delivered by Evri to a locker. Anker gave Evri a wrong email and I never got any notifications. I complained to Evri who said it was Anker’s mistake. Anker told me to contact Evri. Went around in circles, eventually after escalation to Anker I got a refund. Never got the products so can’t review them, and I won’t buy from Anker again.

I had ordered a 2in1 magnetic Charing stand. The seal of the box was broken on delivery which made me think about the integrity of the product inside. However, the quality of the product seemed fine and works well hence I decided to keep it. The customer service representative was also very helpful to resolve my issue by offering a partial refund.

The cable lasted a week, I shouldn’t have the faff and extra cost of having to replace this so soon. Not hugely happy Anker.

I also charged Airpods and Huawei Freebuds in their cases on the base part of the stand without any problem.Love the stylish look and adjustable phone viewing angle. (45° vertical and 360° horizontal rotation capabilities)The charger costs a bit more than the competition but it is great quality and looks very elegant. Overall highly recommended! ;)
