Anker Prime Charger (160W, 3 Ports, Smart Display)

I bought this charger and am overall very happy. However, I'm not sure if it will fast-charge my new iPhone. It should support PD3.1 and AVS, but can anyone confirm whether this fully supports the 50% in 15 minutes claim?

I placed an order on the 5th July and received an email to say it will be delivered 9n the 8th July but this didn't happen. After about 5 days my tracking said the package had been lost. I contacted customer service who were extremely unhelpful and said to wait 3-5 days and it will be delivered. I waited and then looked on my tracking again and it came up saying it had been lost again. I contacted customer service again via a different email address and I got the same copy and paste email saying it's been dispatched on the 8th July and to wait 3-5 days for delivery. It's like they only want to take your money but don't want to assist you when somethings not right. It's the 1st time I have ordered directly from them and certainly wouldn't do it again. Appalling customer service.
