Does the job a treat. I have some legacy cards and portable drives and this lets me use them and more in a neat package.
I use this dock with my M1 MacBook Air.It plugs seamlessly into the 2 USB C ports.The device is instantly recognised by the Mac OS, confirmed by any USB sticks / SD or mini SD cards plugged in being mounted to the desktop.I use a 2TB external drive via USB C into the dock and its transfer speeds are as fast as being directly plugged into the Mac.The colour of the dock matches almost perfectly with the space grey of the MacBook.The only point to note is when removing devices from the dock is to hold onto the dock when pulling else it could be removed from the Mac also.

I have a Lenovo 5G 14Q8X05 Windows 11 laptop and this works absolutely perfectly with it.
