I don't normally write reviews but this item deserves one. Firstly, the robot works as expected for the price range. Surely there are smarter ones out there but they cost 20% plus more so I think the performance if well suited for the price point. It cleans as you would expect and it reliably empties/fills itself. I think the navigation logic could be improved but I can tell that it's improving every day as if it was learning from the environment. The real gem however I think is the customer service. I've reached out because I found it was leaving an uncomfortable amount of streaking on tiles. They sent a replacement tank the next day which unfortunately didn't solve the issue. The following day they offered a replacement unit without hesitation and they allowed me to return the old unit once the new one was received so I could use the packaging. In fact, the old packaging was unusable because it was battered by the Amazon couriers as usual... The new device works like a dream. Thanks eufy!

UPDATE:The customer service is truly top-notch. The team proactively reached out to offer a full refund, which I declined... after all, I did purchase the product. This experience actually reinforces my belief that I simply received a unit with a noise issue. I am updating my review to 5 stars; such exceptional service is rare and clearly reflects a company that stands confidently behind its products.Thank you.The eufy E28 Omni feels like a serious piece of cleaning tech and clearly aims to do everything in one go. From vacuuming and mopping to spot cleaning carpets, it delivers strong performance, though that power comes with some compromises.Pros=> Impressive 20,000 Pa suction pulls out deep dust and pet hair in a single pass=> 3-in-1 design replaces multiple cleaning devices which saves space=> HydroJet mop system applies real pressure and tackles stubborn stains effectively=> Auto detangling brushes are excellent for homes with pets or long hair=> Corner and edge cleaning is noticeably better than standard robot vacuums=> All in one station handles emptying, washing and drying with minimal input=> Portable deep cleaner is genuinely useful for carpets and fabric spillsCons=> Noticeably loud during operation, especially on higher power settings=> High power consumption even when full suction is not really needed=> Can feel excessive for small daily cleanupsOverall, a capable and feature packed cleaner, but best suited for those who truly need the power. Neutral recommendation depending on noise and energy sensitivity.
