Just got my Eufy system set up, and I have to say—first impressions are great! The setup was smooth, the build quality feels solid, and the app interface is intuitive and responsive. I'm genuinely excited to see how these perform in real-world use, especially since I’ll be running them alongside my existing Hikvision and Ring systems.
This will give me a great opportunity to directly compare performance, reliability, and features across all three platforms. I'm particularly interested in how Eufy's notifications, video quality, and smart integrations stack up against Ring, as I’m considering a full switch from Ring Alarm to Eufy. If Eufy proves to be a solid alternative, I’d be able to cancel my Ring subscription entirely, which would be a nice bonus.
Looking forward to putting them through their paces!
Unreal camera set, picture quality is as good as the 4k alternative from other providers and without the added subscription cost! Highly recommended
Whilst there's loads more to investigate, we're delighted with the first impressions of the system. The clarity of the pictures is first class. Setting the system up is very easy. In the coming days we'll doubtless improve our understanding of the system's capabilities. The whole system is superior to others we looked at.
