Video Doorbell E340 (Battery Powered) with Chime 2

It looks smart and easily views the entire driveway. It clearly picks up faces to manage family members and the doorbell chime is clear. It has lots of personalisation areas to make it work for you. However, it rings so loudly at the person ringing the doorbell that even on the quietest sound level my neighbours are still notified every time I have a visitor! It's ridiculously loud, I get the idea that the person ringing the doorbell then knows it has been pressed but the button click is quite sufficient so I wish it could be turned off, it's embarrassing. Also, despite being on the lowest sensitivity and adjusting the activity zone a few feet off of where our boundary line actually is, it still picks up motion outside of the zone which drives me crazy. I constantly get notifications of cars going past. My kids like being able to see the fox coming into the garden so I don't want to only have human detection but the activity zone thing is pointless. The light at night time is extremely bright to the point that our neighbours came to talk to us about it because just the light was setting off their video cameras! So it definitely needs some work and I probably wouldn't have spent so much on it had I know the issues it was going to provide.

I’m very happy with my video doorbell. Great quality camera. Love the fact it has a built in SD card. Happy I paid a little extra for this product instead of purchasing another brand then having to pay a monthly subscription on top. So easy to set up and it has all the functions you could need for it to perform to what you need it for. Highly recommend this product.

All of my security in and around the house is Eufy, I replaced my old Eufy door bell with this one, to be honest my old door bell was better, Picture quality is the same apart from this one has the parcel camera, but its slow to respond to movement compared to the older camera and not as easy to answer. Saying that its a great doorbell, maybe I just need to get used to it.

The door bell is excellent the batter lasts less than a month before it need to be charged

After reading many reviews of different doorbells I chose the eufy. Not disappointed, the video is first rate and the notifications are instant. After two weeks use the battery looks like it will last for several months. Set up was easy and the options for configuration are numerous. Would recommend.

Great doorbell. A few reasons why I would buy this over the competitors. No monthly fee, built-in SD Card means that it saves and records footage with out an extra cost. I love the double cameras so I can see if there has been parcels left. Excellent feature. The plug-in chime is also useful if you don't have your phone nearby. We've not had a video doorbell before and it's most useful to know what time our teenagers actually get in at night!

Overall I like the doorbell, no subscription, dual cameras and lights.

However, I wish the camera quality was better though, night vision without the light isn't that great either and battery does drain quicker than I thought. Lasts about a week.

Arrived quite quickly, so easy to set up with the app and works great. Have since purchased two indoor units and the chime and all easy to set up. Great products.

Fantastic device, made better with the lack of subscription. Only slightly let down with battery lifespan, which used 10% of its capacity in just a few days with it set up with optimal battery setting - it this rate it will be dead in a month.

Working as it should. Replaced Ring with eufy.

Good overall, but retrieving video from local storage is slow.
