Excellent snore masking, but make my ears sore. I have to wear plasters on my ears, and had a get a new softer pillow to be able to wear them all night. However the snore masking is really effective, and I've found I can now sleep better wearing them after a few weeks adjusting.
I like sleeping with a firm pillow, but I do find this more comfortable with a soft pillow. They do work and really helped my sleeping.
Disappointed that when sleeping on my side, the sound can only be heard in the ear on the pillow. A20’s were better as you could still hear sound in the opposite ear.
Thought I'd treat myself after my toddler decided my a20's needed a bath in my cup of tea. Very impressed, worth the upgrade!
Super comfy and battery life is great for the size. White noise feature does mean a longer deeper sleep. Only issue is the switch from Bluetooth audio to local audio works when it detects that I am asleep but the local audio audio does not automatically start like it should do. I wake up with nothing playing and have to cycle through Bluetooth audio back to local audio for it to work. Can this be fixed please.

soundcore Sleep A30 | Ultra-Comfortable Sleep Earbuds with ANC
Buds are ok. Optional attachments for most comfortable fit. I'm not sure they're any better than a foam earplug. You can feel them in you ears, they're not super comfortable. Time will tell...
Im very happy with the product
Comfortable to sleep with
The noise cancelling is good but some noises still creep through. Battery life could be better, especially if you need to keep noise cancelling on all night. These are really comfortable to wear. I have small ears but haven't changed from the medium size tips that are already on the earbuds. There is a good selection of spare buds in different sizes as well as some memory foam ones for extra noise cancelling. I haven't tried them because they don't last as long as the silicone ones and I've just spent a load of money on these earbuds so I don't want to have to keep buying more tips. The case can manage a few charges before you need to charge it, which is good. I'm in two minds about whether I like that the earbuds realise you're sleeping and stop playing whatever you were listening to, turn off Bluetooth to save battery and noise cancelling stops. I've set mine up to keep noise cancelling on all night. I tend to wake a few times in the night and often can't get to sleep without listening to a podcast. I think I can adjust the settings so it doesn't turn off Bluetooth but I have been turning it back on in the Soundcore app and playing a podcast. There is an option to play sound files from the Calm app but I don't like what they have. I use a different app and I'm used to the sounds on that so I don't need to use Calm. I don't track my sleep on the app and to be honest, you know if you've slept well or not by how you feel, so I don't feel I need to use it. I a really happy with these and they have improved my sleep quality.
First ear plugs that not only fit, they’re comfortable for a side sleeper and the noise cancelling feature is awesome 🤩
I was sleeping with my airpods pro 3 for quite some time now. I think my ears got used to being uncomfortable. Just for fun in thought I'd google up any sleep earphones... I've found these. Reviews seemed good, I thought I'd try them. I'm so glad I did. They're tiny, comfortable, even on my side, ANC is good enough, but don't expect crazy level. I'm happy with my purchase, and would recommend it to anyone.
I've had these for 2 weeks and still find it hard to get comfortable with them - particularly side lying. I've tried various sizes and fits but disappointed to be honest.
They are pretty small and sound good. Only reason for not giving five stars is I don’t find them comfortable enough to sleep with on my side. Even though very small, they still press enough to bother me. That said I do still listen to music in bed with them, I just don’t leave them in overnight.
live on a main road, constant background noise, these buds eliminate this..And really smooth out extreme noise.Highly recomend I have it owned previous vrs which + Anker headset =complete serenity in noisy places
I don't like sleep headbands or foam earplugs and I couldn't get Loop Quiet to stay in my ears, so these were my last hope for some relief from my husband's snoring. The ANC isn't great and the audio doesn't mask the snoring completely, but it definitely helps. In local mode, the battery lasts all night (around 9 hours) with ANC on and audio playing constantly. I have tiny ears (XS tip in my right ear and XXS in my left), so I've always struggled with earbuds, but these stay in all night even with some tossing and turning. They were a bit painful for the first couple of nights, but now I've got used to them, I barely feel them, even when sleeping on my side. Don't expect miracles from the ANC, but comfort wise, these are great.
Sooooo grateful to have found Soundcore sleep buds . I sleep like a baby now 😀. Best feature is snore masking. No more disturbance from snoring . Very effective in cancelling / masking snoring and other noise . Excellent fit in the ear . It does not fall out ever . Stays fit in the ear and has multiple audio to choose from . Best investment for sound sleep. It took a day or two to get used to something in your ears when you sleep. Battery life is excellent so far even when I use masking audio / noise cancellation through out the night. My sleep is more restful since I started using these.
I use it only for sleeping although it's equally good as an earphone .
I sleep on my front and I find the sleep earbuds a little uncomfortable it doesn't fall out but the hard core hurts my ears a little.
Very nartuw buds so very comfortable to wear if you are a side sleeper. Noise cancelling is pretty average but they do help reduce overall noise and make it less likely to be woken up in the night. Battery lasts all night
At last, a comfortable pair of sleep buds for side sleepers. Absolutely love these. They fit so much better than previous versions. Also the app is fantastic with so many different sound options. Delighted with my purchase.
First time having something like this - I think they are great. We have building work next door, these do not mask drilling and boring , heavy stuff - but they do mask hammering , talking, general bangs and pops - plus kids screaming outside, traffic... I use " brown noise", sleep for 7-8 hours then it tells you how much light/deep sleep you had and other data - I don't know if it's accurate but it's there . Happy I bought these.
I didn't know what to expect with these but my husband loves them so much. He had airpods before and they were always falling out, didnt feel comfy and after a while hurt his ears. He now wears these all the time as his earphones too. They fit very well, lots of spare options and sizes not just 2 or 3 but way more which is a bonus. THe actual bud fits inside the ear so well, they are secure even when excercising they dont fall out easily. The box is a very appl experience too, opening it was so satisfying. THe actual box that holds them is sleek, comfy to use although a bit larger than typical earphones box.Sound quality is decent, not as amazing as higher end headphones but thats I guess the point. Noise cancelling is fantastic have to scream the house down for him to hear me. They connect easy enough to an iphone and android device. The actual bud quality is well made, sturdy and doesn't feel like it will easily break.Only thing that could be better is earbud controlls, by tapping you should be able to pause what your listening to or remove the noice cancelling but with an iphone this does not work, you have to grab for the phone and try to pause. Sometimes the tapping does work but removing one bud should pause all activity would be the premium option. But for the price, the battery is good, the fit is great, they do what is promised on the box and as a bonus they are good secure earphones for daily use.
Brilliant. ANC is 9/10 (Airpods Pro are better but not enough so to justify the price.) Annoying bits: You can only connect via the Soundcore App. ANC and Volume are controlled by numbered taps, and response rate is super low and it will register an ANC tap before a volume tap if you don’t time it right.Sound quality is great (again airpods pro are better but at 3x the price.) I wore these on a plane and they’re perfect; small in-ear design doesn’t interfere with neck pillows or head rests. If you’re a frequent flyer looking for a set of ANC earphones without stems, these are great. IMHO, this should be their main headline.Biggest fail: They are NOT comfortable to sleep in. That’s their one big selling feature and it feels like you’ve got a golf tee wedged in your ear all night. Side sleepers like me will be disappointed; it’s quite painful and not the comfortable sleep you’ve been looking for.Local mode soundscapes and snore cancelling are superb. 10/10 on that front. But the sleep comfort factor is a fail.In short: Excellent ANC, good sound quality, great snore cancelling, brilliant on planes, poor sleep quality. If they make a smaller, more comfortable version for sleeping. I’ll buy em and use these ones for travel.
I’ve been using these for a while now, and overall my experience has been fairly balanced with both clear strengths and a few limitations. The noise reduction is one of the standout features—combining active and passive cancellation with the snore masking does make a noticeable difference, especially with consistent background noises like traffic or a partner snoring. It doesn’t eliminate everything completely, but it creates a much calmer environment that makes falling asleep easier. The integration with sleep content is a nice touch. Having access to calming audio and sleep stories through the app adds value, and I found some of the tracks genuinely helpful for winding down. That said, how effective this is will depend a lot on personal preference—some content worked well for me, while other parts felt less engaging.Comfort is where these perform particularly well. The soft silicone tips and slim design make them suitable for side sleeping, and I didn’t feel much pressure even after wearing them for several hours. They’re not entirely unnoticeable, but compared to other earbuds, they’re clearly designed with sleep in mind.Battery life is solid and generally reliable. Getting through a full night without needing to recharge wasn’t an issue, and the case provides enough extra power to avoid frequent charging. It’s not something I had to think about often, which is exactly what you want for a sleep-focused device. The app adds a layer of customization that can be useful, especially for tailoring soundscapes and tracking sleep patterns. The data insights are interesting, though I wouldn’t rely on them as fully accurate measurements. They’re better suited for general trends rather than precise analysis.Overall, these are well-designed for their purpose and deliver on most of their promises, particularly in comfort and noise management. However, the added features like sleep tracking and audio content feel more like bonuses than essentials, and their usefulness may vary depending on individual habits and expectations.
My snoring ability is legendary, so getting these to try for my partner was a must. Also coming from Soundcore/Anker, a company that I have various products from, I had high hopes. The packaging is first class, and it should be for the cost. Just like other earbuds and headphones from Soundcore/Anker, these connected and ready to use in seconds. Documentation if you need it is clear, and easy to follow. Not full of jargon, and plenty of illustrations. The ear buds are lightweight, so light I thought they might be a dummy product and not the real thing. They are also slimline, allowing comfort when side-sleeping I guess. My partner had doubts trying the earbuds, as many don't fir her ears. These fitted snugly, and she was surprised that it felt like wearing nothing. When sleeping on your side you quickly ignore them against the pillow, no discomfort. The noise cancelling is pretty good, not excellent. They eliminate a good 60% of snoring, and soften the rest. The harshness is taken away, and it sounds distant. Easy to ignore, as it almost sound it's coming from another room. Not perfect, but still pretty great. The battery life seems to be around eleven hours, roughly. During the day they can be left in their neat little case charging. The app which run from your phone, which is full of sounds to relax you. From sounds of rain, stories (Which didn't get tried), and some sleep tracking features. Sound quality is great, best for ambient sounds and talking, music feels a little flat.At first I thought these might be a gimmick, but knowing the quality of the brand made me try them. Now my parter loves them, they are no miracle cure but they are very good. The quality of great, and the fit, comfort, is fantastic. They work, and are easy to get up and running. But the big problem, £199.99, even the voucher price £159.99 (Price at time of review) seems expensive. Then it depends on the value you place on a good nights sleep? I can't help but mark then down one star due to the price.
