Reasonable comfort for side sleeper, really happy with purchase.

So bought these because I have problems sleeping and had echo buds before which were good but uncomfortable for sleeping on side. There is no ANC with these which I was concerned about but the tips fit so snugly that they actually block sound as good as the echo earbuds. The only criticism is the app which is a pain to use. It automatically defaults to their rainsounds or whatever and cancels the bluetooth then in the middle of the night you have to fumble with your phone get into the app and go through loads of complicated screens to get to the place to toggle it off. So final verdict. Great buds crap app

I had a problem where one broke but customer services sorted it straight away. Reccomend these to anyone who struggles to sleep. I don't understand how the tap controls work but I just control everything on my phone and they work like normal headphones, I didn't have to download the app.

Only useful for sleep, does not allow calls to be listened to even though i dont need the mic, on top of that i was going to keep it but it didnt sync with my android phones properly and only iphone. Returned but actually really good quality product 10/10

No amount of cleaning would restore and there was nothing evident blocking the ear piece. The 3rd pair have just failed with the left bud not connecting to the case, the app shows as disconnected and it does not charge in the case, it was working when placed on charge and when removed had failed.It's not a good track record for 3 to fail in 18 months.I have used Anker products for years and these buds are the first product to fail, and repeatedly!

I really like these. They’re pretty comfortable for my ears which are small. There’s a variety of wingtips to help them fit.I did find that one of my earbuds didn’t charge consistently to 100% like the other one did after around 11 months of use. They have replaced them with a brand-new set which I’m very appreciative of.I think they could modify the app to be easier to handle at night time, when I don’t want to look at anything too small or too bright if I need to make changes. And I really wish all companies would stop the use of bright LEDs in their product design, it’s literally the worst thing for activating the brain with bright light, the opposite of what you need for sleep. Hope someone from the company reads this review!

Its a good , comfortable earphones, you really cant feel them at all when sleeping, sound is good. But my first set just stopped working ( one of the earphones) after 3 weeks, it was withing the return window thankfully so I rented them and got another pair. I hope it was just a blip as the current pair is used every night also, and its been 2 months. This is why its 3 stars only

Very good sleep earbuds. Very comfortable while sleeping full of good features, sound & battery life very good only one issue. Sleep mode automatically plays and difficult to turn off unless using app. It should be a little simpler to turn off as when I’m watching something it assumes your asleep then turns off Bluetooth and starts playing white noise and then you have to find the right way to turn the sleep mode off, it’s annoying in the middle of the night. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for that

Sadly disappointed. When they work they are great. Sadly charging them has been inconsistent and unreliable. So 5 stars when they work and 1 star or even zero, when they don’t. Fortunately I have my old (much cheaper) snoozeband which I keep charged as a back up. Far from ideal.

Excellent. Lasts over 8-9 hours. Stays in ears and comfortable to sleep when on your side all night. Sound quality is good x

They are comfy and if one does come out in the night (i'm a very rough sleeper) the 'find' feature is brilliant for tracking it down amongst the bedclothes!

These are absolutely amazing they fit perfectly easy to use via touch control on the earbuds the sound is perfect great value for money with a app thats easy to use aswell as the touch control on the buds. Win win they have helped with my sleep from the first night of use the most comfortable buds you dont feel like you have them in your ears great for side sleeping I would highly reccomend to anyone. We had a set for 15monthsUnfortunately one stop charging and they ( according to my girlfriend ) where fantastic at blocking out my snoring ( almost )I told her I was dreaming’s motorbikesShe wouldn’t believe it …..Anyway, contacted Soundcore re warranty and they sent a set out FOC !Didn’t even want the old set backAbsolutely fantastic customer service wish more companies will like this5 + stars. After buying a lot of cheaper ones over the years I find these far outweigh the others I have usedThis review is after nearly 12 months of useBattery life’s goodBluetooth connectivity is good, quite expensive but not top end,sound Quality is good too and they are small and weigh nothing so good enough I can fall asleep in

These are very good sleep buds. They take a little getting used to, the app is a little odd, but once you get used to it, it's easy to use.Take heed of their play time, Bluetooth paired you'll get 6-8 hours, "sleep mode" (unpairs and uses their in built in and customisable sounds) gets 8-10 hours.No noise cancelling so snorers still break through. These almost rely on being earplugs like.For side sleepers these can get a little bit uncomfortable if you have a hard pillow. But generally these are comfortable and tuck into your ear quite nicely.I've had to have these warrantied twice, 1 for poor battery life, Anker replaced after a few emails, second one the left bud battery swelled up and broke the case. Anker has replaced them both times with an exchange unit. I cannot fault Anker with this at all.I will get my use and currently justifying spending the same amount on their new A30 buds.

They worked great until they didn't. good sound, good connectivity. It started with spontaneous volume spikes which would wake me up. The only way to stop it was to place them back into the pod and reset them. Now the right headphone volume barely makes a sound, the left looks fine. The other issue the occasionally just shut off. I purchased the warranty but when i tried to get a replacement my claim was denied. Currently looking for a replacement.

These are great in so many respects. Super comfortable to wear, generally, although like some other reviewers I did find these caused itching sometimes. But I’ve persevered with them for eighteen months since the tech is otherwise so good. And there’s the problem. The battery life (buds and charging case) is now unacceptably poor. I can leave them charging all day and still find one or both buds have only 10% or 20% charge, not even lasting 20 minutes. For this price that’s not good enough, and not is the difficulty of buying replacement tips.I would love to buy the upgraded A30s but unless I see them at half price or less there is no chance given the problems with these ones.

These are far far superior to the Bose buds I used to have. Been using them for a year to mask snoring and general noise as am a light sleeper. They are comfortable and work perfectly. Recently one bud was not charging past 40%. I was going to contact after sales when my app came up with a notification saying that it had detected a faulty device. It led me to an online form which I filled in and sent off, on New Year’s Eve at 1am. Next morning I awoke to an email telling me that a replacement had been dispatched. I have just now received my replacement set of buds on January 3rd !!
I have never received better aftercare for any other product that I have ever bought.

Reading the reviews and people slating the product while also saying they don’t bother with the app is ridiculous-The app is great, you can track your sleep stages, times you move during sleep, what side you sleep on. The various noises you can use and program is great.They stay in your ears all night, the alarm option is great as is finding your earphones using the ‘find’ option on the app:I’m 67 and found it easy to use and set up, app is easy to use.Well worth the cost

Really comfortable to sleep in. Phenomenal battery life. My only real gripe is that the buds can be a bit fiddly to charge. The case is magnetic so it shouldn’t be an issue, but every so often one of them won’t seat correctly and fail to charge.I’ve learned to make sure that the lights on the front show the correct sequence and reseat them.

Could be a little comfier. . . .Do dig in a little when im laying on my side.Sound quality also can be affected if the buds get squished on by your pillow.Take a bit of fiddling to get the right size rubbers too.Sometimes will fall out.Often they don't seat properly when charging.Make sure they are! Or they will be dead by bedtime. You need to take them out and drop them in until the little light is on.Dont let this feedback put you off though.Combine them with binaural beats and you will be off to sleep in minutes.I actually have two pairs and will never go to bed without them.

Really comfortable to sleep in. Phenomenal battery life. My only real gripe is that the buds can be a bit fiddly to charge. The case is magnetic so it shouldn’t be an issue, but every so often one of them won’t seat correctly and fail to charge.I’ve learned to make sure that the lights on the front show the correct sequence and reseat them.

Could be a little comfier. . . .Do dig in a little when im laying on my side.Sound quality also can be affected if the buds get squished on by your pillow.Take a bit of fiddling to get the right size rubbers too.Sometimes will fall out.Often they don't seat properly when charging.Make sure they are! Or they will be dead by bedtime. You need to take them out and drop them in until the little light is on.Dont let this feedback put you off though.Combine them with binaural beats and you will be off to sleep in minutes.I actually have two pairs and will never go to bed without them.
