As a busy mum with messy children it’s difficult to stay on top of the cleaning all the time. The eufy c28 is sooo worth the money. While it’s doing its thing I can put away clothes, wash up and more. It makes life much easier and I wish I got it sooner!

Delivery arrived at time specified, packaged well, and driver left it inside my door as it was heavy, excellent service. The robovac is easy to set up, and instructions give direction to download the app, safety advice, and how to use via the manual. I have used both the mop / vac and vac only and I'm so happy with this machine. I have a black Labrador and her hair was driving me nuts, not any more, the problem is now solved!! I would highly recommend this vac!

Amazing bit of kit.

Brilliant robot, everything about “Gerald” is good. We’ve had him for 2 months now. When he needs maintenance, the app tells you and will show you a guide on how to do it, and it’s not very often. I purchased the fluid for the water tank and that helps a lot too, and 1 bottle lasted me 2 months, and it’s used twice a day etc

I’ve been using this for a while now, and overall it’s been a bit of a blessing, especially for daily hard floor maintenance with a dog that never stops moulting in this hot weather.It does a good job of hoovering up dust, bits from our walks and pet hair on both hard floors and short carpet. We pick up the shaggy rugs and pop these on the sofa to avoid snag ups.The roller mop actually scrubs the floors and cleans itself as it goes. It doesn't leave too much water for wood floors and it just gives everything that proper clean look. Noticeably different from just a hoover.The base station empties the bin and cleans the mop piece automatically (yay). You have to empty this periodically but we do it about once a week.Setting it up was simple. It maps the rooms at long as you have WiFi coverage. You can set up No-go zones.A bit of discipline is required which isn't a bad thing. It makes me think twice about leaving shoes out or empty shopping bags, etc.It works well on hard floors and low-pile rugs but it gets caught up in some shaggy rugs we have but these are easy to pick up and drop back later.The base makes a bit of noise while drying the mop so best done in the daytime which is no problem.​I think this is a no-brainer if you have hard floors and not too many loose items on the ground. And also pick up any rugs with tassels on the ends. We have an antique rug which has had a few tussles with this.With the dog, this has improved life so much. We still pull out the stick vacuum once in a while but this keeps everything under control without much effort.

Ive had the omi pro...broke down 3 times...got replacement and that only worked for a week.Thought Id give this one a go. Its workhorse.Every morning wakes up at 8am and does it chores. Never misses a beat. This is better than high end models as it has the same features and I love that you don't have to buy their detergent; just add cup of flash into clean water store. Its brilliant. Midway through clean cycle it goes to station to reload and then off to work.Pick it up and put on first floor and its off again.I cant think of any faults. Its Brilliant.

Found it easy to use and very effective.

Great robo vacuum. Very happy with it's hydro jet mop and vacuum features. Works great even on carpets which are additional on the wooden floor and don't have to pick it up. The vacuum auto detects the carpet and climbs on it and works on it like the wooden floor. If you are a young family with children this is a life saver.

I think my C28 is exactly what I expected, it vacuums and mops where it can, to the best of it's ability. What I really love though is that I don't have to do it anymore! Marvellous. Only had it a couple of weeks, so not had to change/replace anything but hopefully this won't be problematic.

I was skeptical about the ability of a robot vacuum mop to clean anywhere near as well as a traditional vacuum-however it does! Highly intelligent, thorough and easy to use. It is very impressive. The only issue I’d like to feedback is, that it takes 5-7 hours to dry the mop each time, I don’t leave devices running unsupervised due to fire risk, meaning I have to be in the house whilst the mop is dried for hours after each use- surely mop drying is not needed after only a vacuum. Mop drying should not occur after vacuum only and the automatic mop drying should be shortened.

This is our first eufy vacuum & mop having had another brand for some years. We're very pleased with the eufy. It was easy to setup and we love the map and the way it updates with cleaning progress. Cleaning and mopping is excellent and it's doing a great job navigating all our furniture.

I was amazed by this robot cleaner. I just set it going and it mapped my whole house. Even if something moves it just works round it. Fantastic product.

I bought the eufy C28 Omni to handle our upstairs floor, which has a mix of low-to-medium pile carpets, smooth tiled bathroom, and a textured cobblestone-style shower room floor. After several days of daily use, I’m impressed overall.The mopping performance stands out. Even on the tiled and textured cobblestone bathroom floors, it does a thorough job and leaves very little surface water behind, the floors feel properly clean and dry quickly afterwards. It transitions well between the carpets and hard floors too, adjusting automatically without any issues.Navigation has been mostly reliable, though it did get stuck a couple of times on a desk leg. I just added a virtual boundary in the app and it’s been fine since. One small thing I’ve noticed is that the black finish scuffs pretty easily when it bumps into furniture or baseboards. It’s purely cosmetic, but something to be aware of if you’re picky about keeping it looking brand new.The app itself has a really clean and easy to use interface. Setting up rooms and schedules is straightforward (We have it clean once a day at 12PM). My only minor complaint is that I accidentally divided one room while mapping and now I can’t delete the extra section or merge it back, my only option is to do a full re-map, hopefully that gets fixed in a future update.The base station is noticeably slimmer than other models like the Dreame L40 Ultra, which is perfect for our space. It looks well-made and actually quite sleek, sitting in the corner.Another big plus is how quiet it runs. We hardly notice it working, even during meetings or when we’re on calls.Overall, I’m really pleased with this purchase. It handles the variety of floor types upstairs really well, mops effectively, and stays out of the way. Has a few marks on the side of the unit where it enthusiastically cleans and throws itself into walls and the odd obstacle. Have set up multi floor and this is good. Clean under the beds with no effort.

Great product and a must if you have messy dogs or kids. We set ours to run overnight so wake up to mopped floors and hovered carpets

The Eufy C28 Omni has exceeded my expectations. The suction power is fantastic, picking up dust, hair, and debris with ease, while the self-cleaning mop leaves floors noticeably cleaner. The all-in-one station makes maintenance almost effortless, and the obstacle avoidance works very well around furniture and cables.Setup was quick, the app is easy to use, and the mapping is accurate. It saves me a huge amount of time and keeps my home consistently clean. Highly recommended!

The Smart cleaning robot is suitable for both carpet and floor. I can handle everything on the APP and do whatever i want when it is doing the cleaning task. It can map the house first before it starts working. It has vacuum and mop options. It is handy and powerful to clean my carpet. It can self-clean after.

And also pick up any rugs with tassels on the ends. We have an antique rug which has had a few tussles with this.With the dog, this has improved life so much. We still pull out the stick vacuum once in a while but this keeps everything under control without much effort.

Ive had the omi pro...broke down 3 times...got replacement and that only worked for a week.Thought Id give this one a go. Its workhorse.Every morning wakes up at 8am and does it chores. Never misses a beat. This is better than high end models as it has the same features and I love that you don't have to buy their detergent; just add cup of flash into clean water store. Its brilliant. Midway through clean cycle it goes to station to reload and then off to work.Pick it up and put on first floor and its off again.I cant think of any faults. Its Brilliant.

Great robo vacuum. Very happy with it's hydro jet mop and vacuum features. Works great even on carpets which are additional on the wooden floor and don't have to pick it up. The vacuum auto detects the carpet and climbs on it and works on it like the wooden floor. If you are a young family with children this is a life saver.

I think my C28 is exactly what I expected, it vacuums and mops where it can, to the best of it's ability. What I really love though is that I don't have to do it anymore! Marvellous. Only had it a couple of weeks, so not had to change/replace anything but hopefully this won't be problematic.

I was skeptical about the ability of a robot vacuum mop to clean anywhere near as well as a traditional vacuum-however it does! Highly intelligent, thorough and easy to use. It is very impressive. The only issue I’d like to feedback is, that it takes 5-7 hours to dry the mop each time, I don’t leave devices running unsupervised due to fire risk, meaning I have to be in the house whilst the mop is dried for hours after each use- surely mop drying is not needed after only a vacuum. Mop drying should not occur after vacuum only and the automatic mop drying should be shortened.

This is our first eufy vacuum & mop having had another brand for some years. We're very pleased with the eufy. It was easy to setup and we love the map and the way it updates with cleaning progress. Cleaning and mopping is excellent and it's doing a great job navigating all our furniture.

I was amazed by this robot cleaner. I just set it going and it mapped my whole house. Even if something moves it just works round it. Fantastic product.

I bought the eufy C28 Omni to handle our upstairs floor, which has a mix of low-to-medium pile carpets, smooth tiled bathroom, and a textured cobblestone-style shower room floor. After several days of daily use, I’m impressed overall.The mopping performance stands out. Even on the tiled and textured cobblestone bathroom floors, it does a thorough job and leaves very little surface water behind, the floors feel properly clean and dry quickly afterwards. It transitions well between the carpets and hard floors too, adjusting automatically without any issues.Navigation has been mostly reliable, though it did get stuck a couple of times on a desk leg. I just added a virtual boundary in the app and it’s been fine since. One small thing I’ve noticed is that the black finish scuffs pretty easily when it bumps into furniture or baseboards. It’s purely cosmetic, but something to be aware of if you’re picky about keeping it looking brand new.The app itself has a really clean and easy to use interface. Setting up rooms and schedules is straightforward (We have it clean once a day at 12PM). My only minor complaint is that I accidentally divided one room while mapping and now I can’t delete the extra section or merge it back, my only option is to do a full re-map, hopefully that gets fixed in a future update.The base station is noticeably slimmer than other models like the Dreame L40 Ultra, which is perfect for our space. It looks well-made and actually quite sleek, sitting in the corner.Another big plus is how quiet it runs. We hardly notice it working, even during meetings or when we’re on calls.Overall, I’m really pleased with this purchase. It handles the variety of floor types upstairs really well, mops effectively, and stays out of the way. Ideal for an open plan area with hard floors and the occasional carpet. Floors have NEVER been so clean. Good bit of kit. Has a few marks on the side of the unit where it enthusiastically cleans and throws itself into walls and the odd obstacle. Have set up multi floor and this is good. Clean under the beds with no effort.

The Eufy C28 Omni has exceeded my expectations. The suction power is fantastic, picking up dust, hair, and debris with ease, while the self-cleaning mop leaves floors noticeably cleaner. The all-in-one station makes maintenance almost effortless, and the obstacle avoidance works very well around furniture and cables.Setup was quick, the app is easy to use, and the mapping is accurate.
