I always thought these Robovac’s were a waste of money and wouldn’t be up to the job. I was wrong I did a lot of research read reviews, watch loads of unboxing/ review videos. I was sold. It’s well built, easy to use once I sorted setup. It’s going to help me keep on to of cleaning especially as I live with adult children who don’t appear to be able to use my other vacuum unless it’s to clean their room. I also have a cat and dog I’m paranoid their hair is lingering invisibly. Perfect fit in the hallway.

Always assumed robot cleaners were a bit of a gadget for the sake of gadgetry. WRONG!!
Always assumed they'd be much more useless than a standup cyclone cleaner. WRONG!!
Assumed also that they'd be unbearably noisy. WRONG!!
Assumed the cyclone was great at getting all the floors super clean. WRONG!!
Based on 1st 3 passes around the house we had to empty the full dustbin each time. Couldn't believe we had so much muck on the floor, and our new best friend was able to get to places the cyclone had never been (under kitchen cupboards, and such like.)
Two runs a week on the schedule & we're sparklingly clean. Another mop run through the kitchen on it's tiled floor.
House cleaning even when you're on holidays.
Effortless connection to wireless router & the mapping is brilliant.
Did have a bit of trouble connecting to our Goggle Nest, but as the accompanying app is fabulous & intuitive, we ended up not bothering.
If I could, I'd give it 6 stars.
We purchased the L60 about one month ago and it isn’t living up to expectations. How it has 5 stars baffles me.
It has a problem with ‘ the roller brush is stuck’ and this requires freeing the little rubber flap next to the brush. It gets pushed in next to the brush and gets stuck. This is a known problem as once the vacuum has been delivered they send you emails recommending you use it without the brush. If it has a known problem, take is off the market and fix it. This can happen up to half a dozen times in a ground floor clean of an average sized home. It also fails to pick up tiny bits. We have a cat and it just throws tiny pieces of cat littler around the room. My advice, do your homework but not this one.
We already have Eufy security cameras and friends with a Eufy robot vacuum they highly recommended. We chose the upgraded version that can be mapped as we read in some reviews that it was better for the battery and easier to use. We're really pleased with it, we primarily wanted it to pick up the constant trail of cat litter our cats leave across the wooden floor every time they go as it tracks everywhere. The eufy clean has been fantastic at keeping up with it, it has saved us loads of time instead of sweeping multiple times a day. We didn't realise it needed 0.5m each side of it when we got it so we couldn't put it in the place we wanted to initially but we've found it works fine with 0.4m each side. I'm glad we got one, would highly recommend.
With a cat and a dog hoovering was a nightmare, now I can turn this machine one while I'm leaving work with my phone and all I have to do is mop the floor saves me so much time.

I’m very happy with my Eufy, it’s taken a while to work it all out but I have succeeded in mapping my floors now. It takes about an hour to do the whole of the lower floor and needs emptying after each session, I would have liked a reminder to empty it, after all it’s so clever at everything else and tells me exactly what it’s doing at any one time. Now that it’s done a couple of sweeps I don’t need to clean the main brush of hair so often which is a good thing since I have a shedding dog! I’m going to try it upstairs next.
The Eufy L60 is, without a doubt, one of the best robot vacuums I’ve used at this price point – even if it does feel like one of the cheapest, physically. The build quality isn’t premium: the base comes wired in with a fixed transformer and the plastic feels a bit low-end. Suction power also doesn’t quite live up to the 5000Pa claim compared with other models I’ve tried. But in spite of all that, it absolutely earns its 5 stars.Here’s why: the L60 is quietly brilliant where it really counts. Navigation is excellent thanks to its laser system – it maps out rooms, allows for custom cleaning zones, and moves around with calm precision. It’s also incredibly quiet in use and has a surprisingly large bin capacity.One standout feature is the HEPA filter layout: it sits at the top of the bin, which is a clever bit of design I’ve not seen before. Even better, it can be replaced without having to discard moulded plastic housing – something most other brands don’t consider, and it’s far more sustainable.Setup was effortless via the app, and the software experience has been smooth and intuitive. I bought this to replace a broken Xiaomi vacuum (which I took to Currys for recycling), and what really blew me away is how easily user-replaceable the L60 is – including the battery. I’ve never seen a robot vacuum designed so thoughtfully for long-term maintenance.No, it’s not perfect. But it does everything I need it to – quietly, efficiently, and with a focus on longevity and repairability that puts other manufacturers to shame. Bought this to replace a Dyson 360 eye. Super impressed, it does a better job than the Dyson, has more functionality and can get under the sofas and kitchen cupboard overhang which is a bonus. Zero complaints. Highly recommended.(We also have Eufy cameras which are good, clearly a reliable brand)

Brilliant cleaner, took a while to set up wifi links ( when instructions saying vac, phone and router to be close, they mean close!! ) works well, easy to empty, very impressed, so impressed we bought a second cleaner for the kids family. Happy to recommend, especially when on an offer.

We have a very hairy German Shepherd so I had my doubts that the L60 model would be sufficient. It works very well making daily life a bit easier. The app works well and the hoover creates a very good map of the house. You can send it to clean everywhere or set up zones. Ideal for a single story house. I don’t have a two story to test its ability to stop before falling down the stairs. It is well able to get over small inclines such as changing from tiles to wood flooring or jumping over clothes horses. Obviously it has issues on rugs and cables so I’d advise removing any objects that are on the floor before cleaning. The dog hair does get caught around the roller brush and will break not cleaned off. Thats not this products fault though. Spare parts are very cheap to replace with third party products here on amazon.

As a postpartum mammy and owner of a 40kg Bernese who leaves more hair on the floor than she has on her back….I can confidently say that this robovac has changed my life!!!! I run it everyday downstairs and it keeps the hair at bay. It maps out the area and you can save them for future use as well as schedule your cleans. HIGHLY recommend for someone who has pets that shed a lot. We’ve named ours Bruno and he’s now part of the family!

Great product, no longer gimmicks, actually good and useful. Don’t need to use the maximum power mode even. Just leave it on auto and let it go.Only improvement would be if the base station wasn’t an extra £100
