After much thought and over years worth of procrastination I purchased this model. From the packaging, to the ease of setup and app use, Eufy have got it sorted. It mapped out all 3 floors of my house with ease but it’s regular domain is my ground floor. It hoovers and mops well and I do not exaggerate when I say that this has bought me real happiness. We are busy full time working parents or 2 teens and a dog and this copes with all of our floor messes. It gets over thresholds like a champ, switches between mopping and hoovering when it hits a rug. The hassle is clearing the decks before I go to bed, leads, dinning table chairs but it’s a small price to pay. It’s a little cumbersome to use on the first and second floor because you have to situate the whole unit on that floor, but it doesn’t bother me. Roberta as we’ve affectionately called her can be scheduled to come on when you like, can be customised to clean different rooms in a particular way and then she empties, cleans and drys herself. Brilliant product Eufy!
After lots of research, to replace a previous robot vacuum that stopped mopping. And had to be emptied by hand all the time. I decided I to buy the Omni C20.
I am over the moon with it! The unit & robot are high quality. It doesn’t look or sound cheap like my previous one (other brand).
Set up was so easy. I use it just about everyday. I cannot recommend it enough.
I think my Eufy is smarter than I am! So I do struggle a little sometimes, particularly with no-go areas. But we are both learning as we go along. I t he ink it’s an amazing piece of kit and am using it selectively more and more. We have a large, unusually shaped apartment with lots of glass floor to ceiling windows, so not typical and mapping had to be adjusted. It has vacuumed and/or mopped as directed. Allow time to master the directions as there is a lot of info there.
Exceeded expectations. Handles our thick carpet well. I think this will definitely reduce the need to vacuum! Well worth the money in my view.
I have resisted these machines for so long but now that it’s here I wouldn’t be without it. Easy to set up and use.
I have to say, I’ve been genuinely impressed with the eufy Omni C20 Robot Vacuum from the moment I took it out of the box.
‘RoboVac’ immediately got to work, locating itself and mapping out the house to create a plan of the rooms. Once the map was complete, I was able to set up individual floor zones, boundaries and cleaning schedules, as well as choose whether each area should be vacuumed, mopped, or both.
I then let it loose on the whole house and the results were excellent. It completed a thorough clean to a very high standard, leaving the floors looking and feeling impressively clean. The combination of vacuuming and mopping is particularly useful and being able to customise how and when different areas are cleaned makes it very easy to fit around everyday life.
The setup was straightforward, the app is easy to use and once everything is configured, the C20 pretty much takes care of itself.
My only remaining challenge is figuring out how to teach it to vacuum the stairs and dust the furniture! If eufy can solve those two problems, I may never need to do any housework again!
Overall, an excellent robot vacuum that has exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.
I purchased this model a few weeks ago, so far it seems to be working fine, the only downside so far is the app, sometimes my floor plans seem to disappear from the app. This obviously makes it difficult to work if you only want to clean one area of your floor plan. Also I live in a 2 story house and the mop will not work unless it is set off from the base station so no mopping in the bathroom, unless I carry the base station up and down stairs.
This is a brilliant addition to my home. If you set it to mop it automatically lifts up the mop heads when it goes over rugs. It save having to set zones or lift the rugs. I can’t recommend this enough. It is brilliant!
Excellent device. Floors look cleaner than ever. Love this labour saving device
Works well, good app, easy to use, recommend
My first Robot Vac, wanted one for years and finally took the plunge - only a couple of weeks in but C20 is part of the family now just doing his thing !
Easy set up and after first charge I was up and running, no issues at all and no hang up as expected.
I bought the omni C20 as a replacement for my G30. I was always happy with the vacuum only G30 but I am blown away with the C20. It cleans my whole house effortlessly on one charge.
The setting up and the mapping was effortless and setting up the no go zone was easy.
I am so glad I decided to upgrade to a mop & vac, this machine saves me so much time ❤️
This vacuum has saved me so much time and effort and it does an excellent job. The versatility of selecting individual rooms, a selection or all rooms means the heavy use areas get cleaned more frequently than the less heavily used areas. I also love the mop taking the effort out of keeping the hard floors clean and hygienic. I have no negative comments so am very happy.
The glitches have been ironed out which makes this machine work beautifully. I now have 2 of them and the bonus is the height of the vac unit. It fits under a 4 inch gap and there is nothing out there to beat it.
I will never buy another brand. When you already have perfection, why settle for mediocre?
The customer service team os second to none, I give them top marks
Initial set up fairly easy
Cleans well
Very happy with moping and hovering
Takes a little longer than me hovering but nice to be able to have a coffee while it works it’s magic.
So easy to set up and very happy with its cleaning ability .
It is only cleaning for 45 min , then it goes to dry the mop for 3 hours .
Had originally ordered direct from Eufy but they weren’t able to deliver to my postcode (BT). Arrived no problem with Amazon in fairly good time. They even gave me a £20 refund as it was advertised again at a reduced price. I has been working very well so far.
We've just got a puppy and it was so hard to keep on top of the hair & dirty paw prints all over the kitchen. This robot has helped so much and does a brilliant job. I like the mop & vacuum functionality in one device, its brilliant.
Really good Hoover and mop!
Absolutely love this.Really like the rug lift feature so it does not get rugs or carpets wentAlso like the rotating mops and mop cleaning feature do your hoover is not just using dirty mops when cleaning. It visits the base to clean mop head regularly mist mop hoovers do not have this feature that I can see.I have had a robot hoover mop before but I have to say this is far superior and worth the extra costThe base is a fair size but looks nice. You just need to be sure you have a suitable place for it.App easy to useHave no negative comments to makeCleans and mops really well
It’s good but it’s certainly not perfect. Sometimes I come home to find it has been stuck facing a wall just whirring away for ages, not moving. But overall it’s good and saves me time. Here’s an example photo of where it was stuck when I came home today. I’m not sure why it was stuck there as it could easily have turned and moved away from the wall.Remember to clear the floor before it runs. I had put a dirty tea towel on the floor so I’d take it out to the washing machine later but I forgot to pick it up when I left the kitchen. The hoover got stuck when it sucked it up. My fault, but just a good reminder to keep the floors clear.
We recently returned our Eufy X8 Hybrid after around 9 months of use. Over time it became increasingly disoriented - regularly crashing into objects that had never moved (chairs, tables), struggling to navigate obvious routes, and taking long, illogical paths back to the base. It somehow knew the way out but couldn’t find the same way home.It also started forgetting maps and wouldn’t allow us to clean certain rooms without remapping - and even then it was inconsistent. After a few weeks without a robovac, we replaced it with the Eufy Omni C20, and the difference has been huge. It’s quieter during cleaning yet more powerful, the mopping is excellent, and it’s far smarter overall. No crashing into furniture, better obstacle awareness, and much more reliable mapping. It genuinely feels like a proper upgrade and well worth the extra money - one of those cases where spending more actually delivers better value. That said, there are a couple of important things we wish we’d known before buying:1) Very loud before and after cleaningBefore each mop, the dock withdraws water and washes the mop pads - which is effective, but very noisy. After cleaning, it performs a short but brutal auto-empty of the dustbin and water, which is easily the loudest part of the whole process. With our previous robovac, we could run it early in the morning while my partner was still asleep upstairs. That’s not realistic with the Omni C20. It’s simply too loud for overnight or early-morning use, which means we now have to run it during the day. If you’re hoping for quiet overnight cleaning, this is something to be aware of.2) Mop head air drying (long and noticeable)The dock automatically air-dries the mop pads after each mopping session - a great idea and very effective at preventing them smelling damp. However, the minimum drying time is 3 hours (options are 3–6 hours), and during this time there’s a constant low hum, similar to a bathroom extractor fan.For example, if we mop at 8pm, there’s a noticeable hum until around midnight, and we often need the TV or radio on louder to mask it. It’s not deafening, but it is persistent.Overall, this is a brilliant robovac: far better mapping, stronger suction, excellent mopping, and a clear upgrade from the X8 Hybrid. We genuinely love it and wouldn’t go back. However, it’s noisier than expected during certain stages, which has changed how and when we use it. Still very much worth it - just something to factor in depending on your routine and sensitivity to noise.
Good for a daily clean. Easy to control from my phone. Hoover's and mops too. Bought during an Amazon sale and good value for money. Reasonable pick up and makes my daily life easier with pets And 3 kids!
Very good. Suction is decent. mop is very good. It can move across carpets normally and between rooms.
The only issue that i see is hairs. It does not really cut the hear in the robot but it is not causing an issue to operate. after 1 week, i had to take the robot and clean the hair out of it.
App is excellent. It did the house mapping in 30 mins.
Got this as a gift from my son for Christmas and normally I wouldn’t be happy getting a hoover as a gift but it’s probably one of the best gifts ever. We have hard floors and quite thick carpets. It does an amazing job & im shocked at how much dirt, hair (Ive long hair) it picks up. Im currently lying with my feet up while it goes about its merry way. It actually cleans my bedroom carpet better than my shark ever did. I used to have to take one of that metal scraper things over that carpet to get the hair & black sock fluff off.It doesn’t stick on the wooden things between rooms, sorry can’t think ofThe word.so it goes from hard floor onto carpet. It goes right under my sofa and gets right into the corners. I love it.Don’t find it particularly noisy except when mop cleaning or emptying dust bag.For upstairs I just set it to vacuum then lift it upstairs and off it goes. MyUpstairs is set upOn multi maps.
I love it , took awhile to get used to the no go ares to block getting tangled in cables or curtains but now ok, the floor has never looked as clean ,the mop feature I had to put it on a higher wash to get rid of stubborn stains, when you see the dirt in the dirty water Bucket, you will be shocked overall I give it a 5, just hope it continues to be good
