It handles wood, tiles, and rugs with ease, although it's slightly taller than the S7, which prevents it from going under my coffee table. Overall, I highly recommend the Eufy X10 Pro Omni for its performance and great price, hoping it proves durable in the long run.
Very happy with the setup & have been using it non stop since i got it and my floors are spotless, but would have thought it would have come with some replacement accessories at the cos t of the unit. If it came with these then it woiuld have been 5 stars all day long.

Working part time, but long days, I was finding that on my days off all I was doing was catching up with cleaning all the floors, with also having a dog in the family this added to the time I was having to spend cleaning. The x10 has changed all that. I now come home to clean floors and have a fresher smelling home. Best purchase I have made in a long time.
I was lucky to get the £1 for £200 discount order! My Eufy X10 PRO arrived promptly and I named her Onika! I put her to work and she immediately mapped and cleaned my ground floor. Admittedly she missed a few bits but I know from experience that the cleaning gets better as she learns. It also means that if she cleans often, the floor will be cleaner. My cats were a little unsure of the moving object but they will soon get used to her. Love it!

This makes my home life so much easier. We have a large white dog who sheds a lot (on red carpet). I was constantly hoovering either the Dyson. But this is amazing. Effortlessly cleans carpets overnight and does an amazing job. Mop function also handles our kitchen floors. This is the best buy in many years. I only wish it could climb the stairs to do upstairs too! I’d definitely recommend this device for anyone wanting an easier life in a very busy household. If I had one small gripe, it mistakes some of our dry dog food kibble for obstructions so avoids them. Unless there is a way to solve that with AI?
The x10 pro omni vacuums and mops well. The Ai is fantastic, avoiding all obstacles and intelligently rerouting.
Unfortunately the effective lifespan of the X10 pro omni is only about 3-6 months as it stops recognising the water in the base station. This appears to be a common problem, as many in the eufy users groups have suffered the same fault.
The Eufy customer service team will arrange repair or replacement, without any hassle. I have had 4 of these units over the last 2 years and all have functioned well until this fault occurs.

I bought this robovac half a year ago and I haven't mopped or vacumed downstairs since that time. It does a great job, there are no issues with it, it's a very good product. It saves lots of time, I highly recommend it.

So it’s a bit disappointing that a product like that can stop working properly so quickly (id expect this kind of product to last for years), but we’re happy that at least a refurbished version can be provided even after warranty expiration.

It’s epic. It will not get rid of very ground in dirt but for a regular clean to get rid of pet hair, dust and general dirt it’s fantastic. I use it downstairs on porcelain tiles, about 65 square metres and it just cracks on and does the whole ground floor. I tend to schedule it early in the morning and just make sure all obstacles are out of the way before going to bed. I am considering another one for upstairs,They really are that useful.

It does have the ability, to follow your room plan, but this was a little beyond my energy and ability.I got it as I have 2 x long-haired Siberian cats that have a triple thickness coat, so hair floating around everywhere is a big issue, especially if you're only able to give your place a good clean weekly. It does a brilliant job of collecting this, I've only had to rescue the brush and roller once since I got it, which is better than my shark for animals!The mopping is great too, with wet paws and shoes walking in and out. Unlike the video though that says it doesn't use a lot of water, I tend to need to refill it every 6-7 days
