Well..I have had my eufy pro 10 x for two weeks now…what can I say!
I have a very active Labrador who loves muddy puddles and shedding her hair!
I used to Hoover and the mop every day and if it’s really a wet day, because I don’t have access to the back of my house my through longe from porch to kitchen would get very dirty…I actually timed how long it took me one day and to Hoover then mop (using a karcher) then emptying the karcher and cleaning it/ replacing it with clean brushes for next mop…it literally took me best part of 50 minutes!
I absolutely love my eufy (renamed “vac Effron”) I literally set it away as I leave with my dog and when I returned the whole downstairs had been hoovered and mopped!
I’ve noticed that there’s very little if not any dog hair know…this piece of kit has totally given me freedom to actually enjoy doing other things.
I have followed.the very simple weekly maintenance schedule, which is so easy to do…and “vac Effron” gets a day of rest once a week too!
Overall this is a fantastic little hoover. It does a great job hoovering up dust, dirt, and debris & a good job of mopping. Cleans can be scheduled, too, and the app has a range of different settings to choose & customise how this bot cleans.
The scheduling took a bit of getting used to - if you want to run a cleaning routine you've already set up you, need to change the repeat setting to "Once" & set the time so the routine runs immediately.
Once it's done (because you can't edit the schedule while the bot is cleaning) you then re-set the time & days you want the clean to repeat afterwards.
It's a real faff, and would be better if even scheduled cleans had a "clean now" button like the unscheduled ones do.
The min reason I'd rate it 4/5 though, is while it does a good job mopping and hoovering up to straight edges, it struggles with almost all my flat's right-angle corners
My nephew recommended this to me, he has one himself. I am delighted with my robotic hoover, which has certainly made my life easier. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.
Easy to set up, and latest iteration maps the house progressively exploring (eg when I move a sofa it identifies new floor areas to clean), can tell what is carpet and what is hard floor. The emptying is very loud so I run it in day time only, and as I have a large house with mostly hard floors I need to refresh the water containers alternate days. I love it, and would welcome a plumbed-in version.
Best purchase, possibly ever!! What an upgrade on my old Eufy, my floor has never looked this good. From the wood floor to the rugs, it’s far superior on cleaning. Does sound rather loud when emptying itself at the station. but who cares! It’s so good! Takes itself off to empty and clean the mop heads a couple of times during cleaning, so everything is spotless and fresh. Constant emptying was the only irritation with the old one. This gives you a completely hands off experience for weeks at a time and a spotless house. The white option blends in so well too.
The mopping is hit and miss, obviously the lab ads make it seem it's as good as a Dyson and hand mopping the floor. It is not. None of them are. It does it's purpose for light cleaning. My dogs in heat and the spots on the LVT flooring are not cleaned at all. So a deep manual mopping is needed.

The setup was quick and easy, even for someone who isn't very technical.The cleaning performance is excellent. After the very first cleaning, our floors were literally shining! It cleaned the corners really well, and I also enabled the "clean close to walls" option in the app, which made the results even better. It picks up dust, cat hair, and dirt much better than I expected.The only thing I would like to see improved is the voice control. I wanted Alexa to clean only the kitchen for a second time, but instead the robot started cleaning the entire apartment again. It would be fantastic if voice commands could easily start cleaning a specific room instead of the whole house.Another small suggestion for the developers is to support more languages. At the moment, the language options are quite limited. Please add more languages in future updates!Apart from these small things, this robot has been amazing. It has already saved us so much time, and now I can spend that time with my family instead of vacuuming every day. I'm genuinely happy with this purchase and highly recommend it! 😀
So far, so good. A MASSIVE improvement from Roomba (iRobot). Definitely a better product. Hasn’t had any issues cleaning just yet. Only got stuck when it actually was, but nothing that wasn’t its fault. Cleans well and very silently. Mapping is good and it remains online throughout the house. Our previous Roomba would even have connection issues while it was supposed to be charging. Not this one. Way better quality. Pleasantly surprised how well it is working.
Easy to use. Hoovers and washes well.

Operation very straightforward through the app. Set it off when I leave for work in the morning. Amazing difference to the carpet and cleanliness of the tiled floor in the utility room.

We have a tiled floor with a large rug and have Eufy set every morning. Rug always looks good, but it doesn’t do a great job on the tiles. They are brand new ivory coloured tiles so you wouldn’t does show up dirt and ‘bits’ easier. I have set it to a deep clean and the highest mop setting. Still it’s ok for a daily going over but still use a hoover couple times a week to pick up all the bits.
Probably wouldn’t have brought it had I known it wasn’t going to change my life as much as I thought it would haha.

We are very pleased with eufy. It was quite easy to train up and now goes about its duties with little intervention required. The only reason we haven't given full marks is that the power cord does not connect well with the machine itself - it needs some jiggling. We will request a new power cord via customer support.

We are very pleased with eufy. It was quite easy to train up and now goes about its duties with little intervention required. The only reason we haven't given full marks is that the power cord does not connect well with the machine itself - it needs some jiggling. We will request a new power cord via customer support.
