I’ve enjoyed having the eufy e25 this past few weeks for cleaning the muddy foot prints on rainy days as well as the scheduled cleans that allow it to do its work while I’m in the shower or in bed for the end of the day clean.
My only gripe is the multi-floor feature as the vacuum tends to want to return to the base for mop washing which means I haven’t been able to use multi-floor feature for for mopping upstairs, just vacuuming.
Absolutely amazing product, great suction, cleans Absolutely well. Leaves floor sparkling. Don't know why I didn't buy it before. It has saved me time cleaning whilst I get other jobs cracked on at home. Absolutely would recommend to friends and family to purchase it.

We have been considering purchasing this for a long time. 20,000Pa is sufficient for daily cleaning. For deep cleaning of the floor, we have repeated the process 3-4 times, and it works well! Especially since we have pets at home, it is really helpful.It will miss the edge of the cupboard base and we are learning to figure out how to draw a better floor plan.Overall it's easy to use.

I keep mine downstairs, daily cleaning hardwood, tiles, rugs and doormats. I have dogs and young kids so it's a great help. Doesn't really get tangled up with hair. After a few weeks it does start to smell like dogs. I have to manually clean roller brush & water tray. The 15 minute maintenance every so often is worth not having to spend hours each day manually cleaning the floor.
Love it! Excellent vaccum even with two dogs and the no tangle brush is amazing. The mop function also leaves my floors clean and smelling fresh
When this eufy E25 Omni Robot Vacuum Cleaner arrived, unboxing it was a little daunting as I could see right from the start that there was going to be a bit of a learning curve as I've never had a Robot vac before. The written instructions were very easy to absorb, getting my head around the App was a bit more of a task and I had it on my WiFi network within minutes and left it to charge for a few hours while I got to grips with the App.At first it needed to map the downstairs and I found it easier at first to remove chairs and the cat bowls and litter tray because I was all geared up ready to see it do it's stuff in the shortest possible time and the cat does not like it at all, it didn't seem that noisy at first, but once you get it performing mopping functions you definitely notice the extra noise.I had a bit of trouble finding a suitable location for the base as it did take up more space than I initially thought it would need and this is due to the vac wanting to have space each side of the base so it can navigate onto it more easily.The vacuum bags are a doddle to change, and the same goes for the water containers. Sometimes it speaks which at first was a little disconcerting, but now we've got used to it, well when I say "we" that doesn't include the cat, the cat hates it.Would I recommend it?... Absolutely and up until I got it I didn't realise how bad I was at cleaning, I never enjoyed throwing the old conventional vac around the house as I always had something better to do. But this Robot Vac absolutely loves doing the floors and they have never looked better.I don't think that I could do without it now, its a bit like my car having auto wipers, auto lights, auto high-beam... you get the drift? Once you have it done for you you get out of the rhythm doing it yourself, I suppose that's technology.It is a pricey household item, but I think it is worth every penny. If I can think of any negatives it would be along the lines of it doesn't load the washing machine, or the dishwasher, or do the ironing... or cook, but what it does do it does better than I ever did.Absolutely, definitely 5 stars from me.
This 'eufy E25' is not the first robot vacuum that we have used, but it is the best. Not only is it a vacuum, but also a mop. Therefore, it can cover most people's floors, it is able to distinguish between wooden/slate floors and carpet, effortlessly working over the two types in the same room. It does a noticeably good job of cleaning the floor, to the point that our kitchen slate floor has not looked as nice since we installed it.It is a unit, larger than even a normal robot vacuum as it has to hold the water as well. It is self cleaning and sits in the corner, you will need to have a decent size room. At over £600 I would consider this a luxury good, it is excellent but expensive. You can hoover and mop the floors yourself, but if you have the money and inclination this is an excellent option.The battery life has not been an issue as it charges when docked. The mops are dried as it sits, this takes a long time and is a little noisy, but better than having a smelly wet mop in the house. The app is very useful and you can have more than one device attached to it. If money is no object, this is an excellent machine and would work brilliantly in a large open plan house with as kitchen that leads out into an open sitting room with rugs etc.

Bought this robovac as I’ve been wanting one for a very ling time and I’m super happy with my purchase. It does exactly what you want it to do fuss free in that it will mop and vac hardwood floors/laminate and vac just carpet without you having to do anything than turn it on that too can be done via an app..super exciting. It vacuums and mops floors really well but cant remove hard stains from hardwood floors really well. I unfortunately have a lot of hairfall on the floor and carpet and have been forevr trying to remove them using a brush tool as my little one is crawling and putting things in his mouth using this vac it effortlessly lifts all the hairs from the carpet making it look really nice and clean. One great thing is that the hairs dont get tangled in the brush so no need to keep stopping and removing the hair or for it to get stuck. Another great thing is that it cleans right up to the wall edge which is great as i have a bit of a gap with the floor and skirting board and dusts collects so with this i can clean the hard to reach areas. Its such a versatile and all rounded vacuum cleaner that mops and vacs saving you time and effort. You can set it to clean the room whilst you are out using the app which is an amazing feature perfect for a cleanup before guests come. Its very easy to use just use the app to map the floors for both upstairs and downstairs and then you can set schedules for when you want it to clean. I mostly have hardwood flooring and laminate throughout the house and the vac/mop has a decent suction power and a great mop cleaning power leaves your floors looking clean and shiny. The vac-mop comes with a large dust bag that doesn’t need to be emptied that often and a 2.5L clean water tank provides enough water to mop up a few times. The battery life of the machine is decent can complete around two rooms and hallway before needing another charge.Overall, im super impressed with this its fun seeing it in action, the dual function is a real time and effort saver used everyday multiple times as you are always cleaning up spills and food crumbs after kids so amazing value ad worth the investment.
So, this is a very expensive, but very capable robotic hoover. This is my first time using one so I don't have any other experience.First impressions are good - the packaging and unboxing experience are very well thought out with a quick start guide telling you exactly what to do. This is a very good sign, and everything is packaged well.Setting it up with the app is also very easy, and worked painlessly. The only thing that didn't work straight away was I had to manually select the hoover in the app, as opposed to it appearing automatically.It goes around and maps the room(s) you want quickly and efficiently, then displays it all on a very cool 3d map in the app. You can give it instructions and places to avoid, and fully customise pretty much everything. I have it set up on a schedule to clean every night after bedtime. I have also named it Goober, because isn't it great to be attached to a household appliance?It cleans well, but not amazingly. It is not as good as our normal upright hoover (a cordless shark), and very much not as good as a corded hoover, but for a small device it does the job very well. The mopping is the most impressive part - it doesn't use much water, yet makes hard floors noticeably cleaner (and the dirty water was proof of that).I'd definitely recommend this as an easy option for keeping your house clean, especially if you have a lot of floor space. It is very expensive however - I'd probably wait for a good sale to pick it up to make it good value.Thanks for reading!

Bought this robovac as I’ve been wanting one for a very ling time and I’m super happy with my purchase. It does exactly what you want it to do fuss free in that it will mop and vac hardwood floors/laminate and vac just carpet without you having to do anything than turn it on that too can be done via an app..super exciting. It vacuums and mops floors really well but cant remove hard stains from hardwood floors really well. I unfortunately have a lot of hairfall on the floor and carpet and have been forevr trying to remove them using a brush tool as my little one is crawling and putting things in his mouth using this vac it effortlessly lifts all the hairs from the carpet making it look really nice and clean. One great thing is that the hairs dont get tangled in the brush so no need to keep stopping and removing the hair or for it to get stuck. Another great thing is that it cleans right up to the wall edge which is great as i have a bit of a gap with the floor and skirting board and dusts collects so with this i can clean the hard to reach areas. Its such a versatile and all rounded vacuum cleaner that mops and vacs saving you time and effort. You can set it to clean the room whilst you are out using the app which is an amazing feature perfect for a cleanup before guests come. Its very easy to use just use the app to map the floors for both upstairs and downstairs and then you can set schedules for when you want it to clean. I mostly have hardwood flooring and laminate throughout the house and the vac/mop has a decent suction power and a great mop cleaning power leaves your floors looking clean and shiny. The vac-mop comes with a large dust bag that doesn’t need to be emptied that often and a 2.5L clean water tank provides enough water to mop up a few times. So, this is a very expensive, but very capable robotic hoover. This is my first time using one so I don't have any other experience.First impressions are good - the packaging and unboxing experience are very well thought out with a quick start guide telling you exactly what to do. This is a very good sign, and everything is packaged well.Setting it up with the app is also very easy, and worked painlessly. The only thing that didn't work straight away was I had to manually select the hoover in the app, as opposed to it appearing automatically.It goes around and maps the room(s) you want quickly and efficiently, then displays it all on a very cool 3d map in the app. You can give it instructions and places to avoid, and fully customise pretty much everything. I have it set up on a schedule to clean every night after bedtime. I have also named it Goober, because isn't it great to be attached to a household appliance?It cleans well, but not amazingly. It is not as good as our normal upright hoover (a cordless shark), and very much not as good as a corded hoover, but for a small device it does the job very well. The mopping is the most impressive part - it doesn't use much water, yet makes hard floors noticeably cleaner (and the dirty water was proof of that).I'd definitely recommend this as an easy option for keeping your house clean, especially if you have a lot of floor space. I’ve enjoyed having the eufy e25 this past few weeks for cleaning the muddy foot prints on rainy days as well as the scheduled cleans that allow it to do its work while I’m in the shower or in bed for the end of the day clean.
My only gripe is the multi-floor feature as the vacuum tends to want to return to the base for mop washing which means I haven’t been able to use multi-floor feature for for mopping upstairs, just vacuuming.
Absolutely amazing product, great suction, cleans Absolutely well. Leaves floor sparkling. Don't know why I didn't buy it before. It has saved me time cleaning whilst I get other jobs cracked on at home. Absolutely would recommend to friends and family to purchase it.

We have been considering purchasing this for a long time. 20,000Pa is sufficient for daily cleaning. For deep cleaning of the floor, we have repeated the process 3-4 times, and it works well! Especially since we have pets at home, it is really helpful.It will miss the edge of the cupboard base and we are learning to figure out how to draw a better floor plan.Overall it's easy to use.

I keep mine downstairs, daily cleaning hardwood, tiles, rugs and doormats. I have dogs and young kids so it's a great help. Doesn't really get tangled up with hair. After a few weeks it does start to smell like dogs. I have to manually clean roller brush & water tray. The 15 minute maintenance every so often is worth not having to spend hours each day manually cleaning the floor.

When this eufy E25 Omni Robot Vacuum Cleaner arrived, unboxing it was a little daunting as I could see right from the start that there was going to be a bit of a learning curve as I've never had a Robot vac before. The written instructions were very easy to absorb, getting my head around the App was a bit more of a task and I had it on my WiFi network within minutes and left it to charge for a few hours while I got to grips with the App.At first it needed to map the downstairs and I found it easier at first to remove chairs and the cat bowls and litter tray because I was all geared up ready to see it do it's stuff in the shortest possible time and the cat does not like it at all, it didn't seem that noisy at first, but once you get it performing mopping functions you definitely notice the extra noise.I had a bit of trouble finding a suitable location for the base as it did take up more space than I initially thought it would need and this is due to the vac wanting to have space each side of the base so it can navigate onto it more easily.The vacuum bags are a doddle to change, and the same goes for the water containers. Sometimes it speaks which at first was a little disconcerting, but now we've got used to it, well when I say "we" that doesn't include the cat, the cat hates it.Would I recommend it?... Absolutely and up until I got it I didn't realise how bad I was at cleaning, I never enjoyed throwing the old conventional vac around the house as I always had something better to do. But this Robot Vac absolutely loves doing the floors and they have never looked better.I don't think that I could do without it now, its a bit like my car having auto wipers, auto lights, auto high-beam... you get the drift? Once you have it done for you you get out of the rhythm doing it yourself, I suppose that's technology.It is a pricey household item, but I think it is worth every penny. If I can think of any negatives it would be along the lines of it doesn't load the washing machine, or the dishwasher, or do the ironing... or cook, but what it does do it does better than I ever did.Absolutely, definitely 5 stars from me.
This 'eufy E25' is not the first robot vacuum that we have used, but it is the best. Not only is it a vacuum, but also a mop. Therefore, it can cover most people's floors, it is able to distinguish between wooden/slate floors and carpet, effortlessly working over the two types in the same room. It does a noticeably good job of cleaning the floor, to the point that our kitchen slate floor has not looked as nice since we installed it.It is a unit, larger than even a normal robot vacuum as it has to hold the water as well. It is self cleaning and sits in the corner, you will need to have a decent size room. At over £600 I would consider this a luxury good, it is excellent but expensive. You can hoover and mop the floors yourself, but if you have the money and inclination this is an excellent option.The battery life has not been an issue as it charges when docked. The mops are dried as it sits, this takes a long time and is a little noisy, but better than having a smelly wet mop in the house. The app is very useful and you can have more than one device attached to it. If money is no object, this is an excellent machine and would work brilliantly in a large open plan house with as kitchen that leads out into an open sitting room with rugs etc.
