  • Check Your Lawn First: Ensure your lawn is under 800 m² (max mapping area), is mostly flat with variations under 3 centimetres (3.5 inches), and any slopes are less than 40% (18°). Note: Not suitable for St. Augustine and dense Zoysia grass.

  • Wire-Free with a Stable Signal: Pure vision FSD technology with high-precision cameras and intelligent AI algorithms enable accurate mapping and obstacle avoidance via Wi-Fi or 4G with no need for boundary wires or an RTK station.

  • Hands-Free Auto-Mapping: With precise positioning and distance measurement, E15 accurately maps your garden and optimises its mowing path for maximum efficiency. Use the eufy app to keep track of everything and customise your lawn care. (Note: Subscribe to 4G data via the app for stable connectivity if your garden isn't fully covered by Wi-Fi.)

  • Accurate Obstacle Avoidance: Cutting-edge 3D perception system accurately detects obstacles, avoiding collisions in even the most complex of gardens.

  • Complete Coverage: Smart coverage detection system and Ride-on-Edge technology deliver an even cut and mowing that goes right to the edges of your garden.

  • Safety First: 4G-enabled GPS tracking means you always know where your mower is for greater peace of mind, while automatic recall during rainy or low-light conditions ensures E15 only mows when it's safe.

Deals with complexity well

Mapped and mowed the first lawn quickly and easily. Adding a second lawn via pathway was straight forward. Moving the basestation to a patio and creating a pathway to lawn a little trickier but worked out well. Plenty of configurable options to optimise cutting and edge closeness. Mower deals with cutting around buttress tree roots well. Wish their was an option for non-permenant lawn furniture to allow a recut after it's moved. It's quiet and gets into valleys better due to a shorter wheelbase than a regular push mower. Very happy with it, might save some physical effort but probably not the time as you'll find yourself watching it scurry around, but maybe that's just a honeymoon period!

Accurate, Easy-to-use and Amazing!

Like many others, I did a lot of research before investing in a robot mower. It makes sense to, after all, robot lawnmowers cost 4-5x more than a good manual one. I chose the Eufy E15 and it did not disappoint. I was keen to avoid a mower with RTK due to the extra hassle of having to set it up, and I also didn’t want a mower which relied on cables being placed around the boundary of my garden.

Initial Impressions & Setup

The Eufy E15 Robot Mower does away with all the inconvenience and hassle of a long setup. After unboxing, it only took me five minutes to get the docking station/garage installed in my garden and connected to the mains power. The station came with eight large screws that can be wound into the ground by hand and then tightened with the included allen key. The power cord includes a 10m extension cable, which easily allowed me to run it into my garage and around to the dock.

Mapping & Navigation

The Eufy App (which also works with their ecosystem of robot vacuum cleaners and security cameras) allowed for a quick setup, and I was able to run through the initial mapping process of the garden. I suggest manually mowing the lawn before mapping to allow the robot to get a better visual understanding of boundaries, although it’s not entirely necessary.

After it finished its mapping with its array of cameras and sensors, it was ready to perform its first cut. My garden has planters, trees, shrubbery, flowers, rocks, and stones, and I was initially curious about how the mower would handle these obstacles and whether it would cause damage. The mower identified all these obstacles and even plotted them on the map in the Eufy App. It also lets me set manual boundaries and zones for extra peace of mind. Being able to segment the garden into zones is fantastic. I can also set pathways between zones so the mower can run in the back garden, follow the path to the front garden, and mow that zone too!

I think a simple sanity check of your garden to help it out is a good idea. For example, if there are large loose stones that could mess up the blade, it’s worth tidying them away from damaging the robot.

Performance & Features

The mower has three blades on a spinning disk which make the cutting area around 20cm on each pass. The app allows you to configure the height and speed of the spinning disk, as well as how much to overlap each line when it mows back and forth. You can also set the mowing pattern to help encourage growth by not mowing in the same direction every time.

It can be scheduled to run during daylight hours and is quiet enough to run on an early Sunday morning without annoying the neighbours. The battery life is very impressive; it mows my front and back lawns in one charge, which takes almost two hours based on my chosen parameters in the app. The mower comes with a spare set of blades, along with a 2-year warranty for peace of mind.

Final Verdict

Overall, I am very impressed with the Eufy E15 robot mower. The mower itself is solid and well-built, and the app and firmware functionality keep improving. For me, it is a worthwhile investment. Great job, Eufy!

Best decision

The design feels modern and smart, and the AI features are very futuristic.

It cuts my grass evenly, and the patterns it leaves behind look beautiful and professional. I even placed it in the farthest corner of my backyard where the Wi-Fi signal is usually weak, but it still connected without any issues. The performance is impressive, and while I know there are other big names in the market, this one definitely stands out.

E15 LAWN MOWER.

We purchased the E15 and is the best thing we have done in a while. Easy to use and set up and everything you need in the box. Took around 30 minutes to set up and now we have scheduled are lawn to be cut 3 times a week and it does a perfect job. Mapping the garden was great and adding paths and other objects were simple. A great product and can highly recommend it. Has a very reasonable price tag.

I went against the advice of our landscaper and garden designer who had experienced old boundary wire systems and purchased the eufy e15. It’s been the right choice. An upgrade to the WiFi service into the garden was needed.
The garden was mapped within minutes we only have 150sqm but have some curves and complicated shapes, it’s managed all of these well.
I have it set on a regular morning schedule 4 times a week currently and the lawn looks great.
I will likely need to mow the edges manually and around the tree circles. I have adjusted the edge spacing but this led to incidences of the eufy falling off of the edge.

Mowing made easy

Set up was easy and straight forward using the clearly written instructions. Off it went on its first “mapping” run to find the shape of the lawn. When finished it cleverly returns to the base to recharge. Next day a proper cut - and what a difference. I am gradually reducing the height to get to the ideal but the lawn lots a lot better after just two cuts. Very easy to clean afterwards.

Pleasantly surprised how good this is

I found this mower easy to set up. The mapping of our gras area was fast and accurate. Small areas where it missed between stepping stones was easily rectified using the must mow mapping blue boxes. We are frequently sending out the robot so as to minimise grass cuttings, this suits us best. The Cost per charge after each session is about 6p for us. Excellent product for us.

Blown away so far, massive upgrade from older robot

I upgraded to the Eufy E15 from an older Gardena wired lawnmower that id had running for over 5 years.Within 15 mins it was setup and mapping my garden, mapping was so simple, only getting itself stuck once on the border.Having mowed the garden a couple times now I'm really impressed. Only slight issue is that I have it installed at the far end of the garden and the WiFi signal is a bit patchy down there so it took a few attempts to get it to connect, and sometimes it misses my commands from the app to start/stop, won't be a problem when I extend WiFi coverage across the length of the garden. If you have an older robot mower with boundary wire, fully reccomend the upgrade.

Worth the cash

This is a really excellent lawnmower so far. Very easy to install, excellent app (unlike Flymo) and mapped itself quickly as well as doing the software update others have mentioned in 20 mins. It is so much better not having a wire- I would recommend this. It ought to be excellent given the price, but it does seem to be.

Performed above my expectations

Well, it was early February and after months of research, I took the plunge and bought two of these mowers when the price dropped. I have 4 lawns totaling about 1,200 square meters, but one of them is separated from the others by quite a distance and a couple of steps, so I decided that I would have separate mowers. However, you could just purchase an additional base station from Eufy (which are individually coded so the mower knows where it is), and carry the machine between stations.I was shocked by how easy they were to assemble - Extremely well packaged, with just 4 screws (with hand tightening ability) to hold the top of the charging station in place and that was it.I installed the app and connection was very straightforward, Firmware automatically updated (about 20 mins per machine) and it was off to place the charging stations. I used a breeze block at the rear to hold them in place initially, just in case I needed to change the location, as the three "upper" laws are some distance apart. As it happened I didn't need to. The app controls are sensibly laid out and very intuitive (absolutely no manual reading required)Two of the lawns are in opposite directions from the charging station, which is a little way off the lawns on a patio area, and the other is accessed from one of those two lawns, across the drive. Setting the paths between station and lawns, and between lawns is incredibly easy, using the joystick function on the app. The machine sets off to map the first lawn, returning to base without issue (it is somewhat hypnotic watching it work) I had a couple of areas on each lawn that the machine had avoided, due to bare patches, so I set "must mow" areas up (simples) I did not have to set up any "No mow" or "No go" areas, as it had perfectly mapped the lawn, neatly avoiding borders, but they are equally easy to set. I did have to play with the "Edge spacing" to get it to cut just over the lawn edge, where it runs along the drive. (This is a global setting for the mower, not the individual lawn and I would hope that a future update allows further granularity, as I also have an edge which runs next to gravel, which could be a bit disastrous to the razor blade type cutters) The machines are super quiet and therefore don't disturb anyone (be aware that they do not work until half and hour after sunrise or after half an hour before sunset, which can't be changed) The grass was a good 55mm long and very wet for the first cut, which although the cut was near perfect, left quit a bit of grass cuttings visible on the lawn. I have cut twice since then with the height set (in the app) at 35mm and there are now no visible clippings left and the lawns look pretty good! Being still in February, I thought I would try one test cut today in drizzle, with heavier rain forecast. In the drizzle, it went off to work with no problem, again no evidence of clippings, but when the rain came, it sent me a message saying that rain was detected and it was returning to base. For reference, there is a setting to manually tell it to restart when the rain has stopped or automatically re-try after a set period. Despite the very wet lawns, the machine has not caused any "churning up" when turning at the end of each row, which my petrol ones would most certainly have done. There is an option to set the direction of stripes in the lawn, although this is currently a global setting by machine, which I would hope will be changed to by lawn in a future software update. I currently have it set to "Auto rotate" so each time it cuts, it does so in a different direction, thus removing the repeated turning at the end of each row.In summary then, I am exceedingly happy with these units. Time will tell how they perform into spring and summer seasons, but so far they are well made, quality pieces of kit which have performed above my expectations.

Great addition to our Eufy family

Bought this as we have 2 Eufy hoovers and wanted a lawn mower. We have tried it for a few weeks and it’s been pretty good. We have a very complex large garden so tweaking the mapping is still ongoing when it gets stuck but I’m confident once we have the map set it will be perfect. Going to put it away for winter and try again next spring. Only slight annoying thing is having to use the app to restart it once it’s been stuck, it would be great if the button on the lawnmower would just set it off again since you physically move it and are with it, this would allow anyone to rescue and resume the job.

Absobloodylutely amazing - AT LAST

Having had a robot mower for over 18 years and replacing every 3 years I got fed up of rescuing them from the undergrowth and garden borders etc. Laying wires etc. and generally faffing about, always wishing for someone, anyone to make a simple reliable no wire, no RTK aerial, NO FAFFING ABOUT mower which would drive from one lawn to another without any issues. EUFY have done it. This is without a doubt the most innovative, completely faff free perfect one. UNBELIEVABLY BRILLIANT and VERY CLEVER design and APP.... All perfect. Stop faffing about trying to decide which one is best and just be amazed. It's taken over 18 years for simple common sense to tell the boffins exactly what was needed!

No boundary wire - almost perfect

This replaced my exisiting Flymo 1200Not requiring a boundary wire is a game changer for thesse mowers. The camera and sensor system work very well but don't always get it right and it occasionally gets itself stuck - hence the loss of a star

Improve app navigation for low tec customers.

Easy for itinal setup. However no information on minium gap to connecting lawn. I hope the battery has a good life as no access to replace. The app is not easy to follow. YouTube videos some help, but some not very clear and assume we have tec knowledge to get into app. AI helped. So very good mower, But improve app navigation.
