I love that eufy have designed their Robovacs to let the consumer change parts as needed.
The battery was easy to replace and after several years of good work my Robovac has a new lease of life.
Battery arrived as expected, quick swap and my Robovac is back up to 1 hour+ rather than the 10 minutes I had before.
So glad it was just the battery when my Vac stopped working. It was easy to replace and very prompt delivery. Thank you Eufy!
Replacement battery arrived within 3 days of ordering. I have fitted the new battery and Rob the RoboVac has a new lease of life. Before replacement our little friend kept failing to make it back to his charging station each night, whereas now he is like a seasoned campaigner following a heart transplant!

I bought this to replace a cheap one from Amazon. It fixed all the issues I was having with the cheap one. The robovac was randomly stopping with a dead battery.

Replacing the battery brought my old Eufy 30C back to life, very pleased I was able to still buy a replacement battery for this robovac that is likely discontinued at this point!
I was having problems with my G10 Hybrid and after your staff had tried many solutions, the only remaining option was to purchase a new battery, which I did.
Unfortunately it still doesn’t work so I have wasted £29.99.
I think the old models clean up better than the newer versions.
