Quick and easy to replace. Took 12 days to arrive even though it was marked as in stock. I had to reach out to customer support after 9 days because it wasn’t even dispatched.
The replacement battery that we ordered for our super-useful Eufy RoboVac X8 arrived quickly, was easy to fit and works like a dream.
Easy to install and fast delivery.
Works an absolute treat!! So pleased our eufy is back working good as new with its new battery. Quick delivery was a bonus.
Fully working after having battery error S1 code...now working fully.. I've also connected to a smart plug so not fully charging it to 100% hopefully the battery will last a long time?
Massive thanks to Euphy for sending me a replacement battery for my beloved x8 hybrid. I literally tried everywhere & everyone who sold them but no one would send to NI This is very frustrating as a customer. However, I should have gone straight to Euphy. Absolutely no problem, arrived quickly & works perfectly. No re mapping or anything. Old battery out, new in & off we went! Lesson learned. Go straight to manufacturer! Happy customer
Fixed the error message we had so it is now back to cleaning again. Hooray! Our last battery lasted 18 months. We use our robovac everyday for the downstairs rooms (kitchen/diner, living room and hallway).
This is the third battery now in my Eufy X8. I love my robot vacuum, but the batteries seem to only last a bit over a year and then we start to get the dreaded S2 error! And at nearly £60 each, that's very annoying.
My original battery (2 years) was the cause of a S1 battery error code. After a full charge the X8 was reporting the error, but powering the X8 off and back on allowed it to be used. After the next full charge the error retuned. I ordered the replacement battery which has resolved the issue, but it is an expensive part and I hope that this new one lasts longer than 2 years.
