Nice and compact but downside is no tiny screws to attach it

When I purchased Eufy Cam Pro 3 kit with home base 4 cameras and HDD included . I have received it I big box containing whole camera system well packed but Hard Drive was just thrown inside bigger box moving freely inside during transit 🤦‍♂️ they clearly don’t know it is fragile . Now I have probably problem with HDD as after few days Home Base 3 stopped working properly and goes offline and couldn’t reconnect it . When I removed HDD it connected with no problems immediately. I have reinstalled HDD and will see if problem continues

The hard drive is great but I had terrible problems with its delivery. At purchased it showed delivery would be via Amazon- brilliant however on dispatch it had been changed to Evri. As I have no end of problems with Evri I would never have purchased if I had known they would be delivering. I did get it in the end but not without a lot of hassle which really marred the whole purchasing experience. I would say that Eufy customer service team were very quick in responding to my issue however which was much appreciated.

Perfect and easy to install

Purchased this for my Homebase 3. Easy to fit and then easy to format. Everything else is automatic. Great drive.
