The S4 tick all the boxes for me and had it for two weeks now and it has be flawless.
I’m already considering of swapping all my camera’s to the S4 unit.

Have 4 Eufy Camera's inc the Homebase. This Was An Upgrade To One Of My Front Cameras. It was a Logical Replacement to the Front Of The House Because Of The Extra Bullet Camera Built If For continuous Forward Facing Coverage While The Bottom Camera Can Still Pan & Tilt. It Replaces The Eufy SoloCam S340 with Is Now Added To The Rear Of The Property For Extra Coverage. Great Upgrade, Can Totally Recommend. The Dual cameras makes much more sense at The Front Of The House to track movement and static objects at the same time. Can’t fault the item so far.
General pleased with the camera, however it is let down by the eufy app. The app is poorly laid out, is very laggy. It can also stutter during playback. When deleting videos you often have to delete twice before items are deleted
We recently purchased four S4 cameras and a 1 TB storage system. The installation of these cameras were fairly quick and easy to install, the video quality is clear and the moveable camera tracks movement very effectively.
The solar panels are excellent at charging the cameras for a wireless install. The customer service we have experienced has been excellent, one camera had some issues with connecting to the solar panel in that is would connect inconsistently, after being unable to resolve this ourselves we contacted customer service who deligently investigated the issue keeping us informed and checking in regularly. They have since reached out after identifying a software glitch which will be repaired in the near future. Cannot fault the cameras or service.

I bought this Camera 4 months ago now & I’m happy with it. I purchased this & some other cameras & doorbell for a new home that is quite remote. We haven’t moved yet but set the camera up to see what it’s like. I paired it up with a Homebase3 & found the features very good. The camera has a great view & the auto zoom was very affective. The AI detection is good but it takes a while for it to learn the facial recognition. The solar panel seems to keep it charged & it hasn’t dropped below 94% so far which is good because it is mounted covering a busy area. When we finally move to our new home, I will have it wired to a permanent power supply so I can have it to constantly record to the homebase3 which I have a 1 gig hard drive for the recordings. Yes, it’s a considered purchase because of the price but glad I got it. When I move, I’m considering purchasing the Eufy alarm kit to compliment my system.
Good camera good tracking but zoom really bad quality :( can’t zoomed all range corners it’s just don’t see them
This Eufy S4 Camera is exceptional and works really well, I have mine positioned at the front of my house and the picture quality on video is amazing, I’d recommend this camera to anyone who is looking to make your home more secure.

What a great camera. The quality, motion & solar charging are fantastic with no issues at all and I'm in Scotland. Now this is my Primary camera (front door) and the S340 is around the back garden i just cant complain. Highly recommended!

Upgraded from the s340 , difference is amazing in resolution and video quality, once again easy setup , adding to the Eufy app and going into the settings it’s a breeze to sort our prefect settings.

I have had eufy camera products for around 3yrs now. I started off with the HB3 and 2*S330s. I admired how compact the s330s were at first but later wished the batteries were removable and interchangeable for when a unit fails because of this, so I was very pleased to learn the S4 has a removable battery! It has been functioning well so far, with a fantastic field of view and the motion tracking is just brilliant. One feature I would love to request though is the ability to link HB modes with motion sensing, but only if you wished to. When I'm at home, I would like this cameras Motion sensing ability to be disabled as I have placed it in my backyard and my dog causes a lot of alerts. I have my HB on a routine and it is set to Away from 11pm to 7am the next morning and it would be great if the motion sensing toggle could be enabled for this.
Great camera but eats through battery without constant sunlight as said at least 2hrs/day!
Camera is very good and very easy to set up. Recording is very good as is the detection. Don’t know if I would order direct from Eufy as because my delivery was late they promised me a free indoor camera that would be sent with my order. They never sent my free camera so not sure I would trust them with another order.
This did take some time to set up, and that's mainly because these security cameras are new to me. The quality of the camera is amazing. I've never used anything 4K, but this must be it since it looks a lot better than my 2k monitor. With the solar panel, I never have to worry about it turning off. The tracking system is very smart, and the same goes for the auto-zoom that works when people walk closer to the camera. This comes with 32 GB storage, but more can be added via microSD. The quality of this is beyond what I'm used to, so this is great value.
There seemed to have been slight misinformation with regards to lunch dates but finally my camera arrived, it's a solid piece of kit with excellent night time full colour vision.
Iv opted to hard wire my camera so I can take advantage of the 24/7 continuous recording which is saved on a 2TB SSD.
In my opinion you would be hard pressed to find a better camera that offers all the features the S4 has
Quick dispatch and timely order updates I was hoping for real improvements not just a body with two cameras though. Fix the zoom so it points where it is directed and not just the center. Allow option for viewing and recording of fixed camera and movable camera into separate feeds and at max resolution when mains powered. Frame rate is too low and it’s too compressed. Fix this issues on older cameras too and add options for continuous viewing and recording, when connected to mains power,snapshot, enhanced Ai image on cameras such as the solo cam S340 and doorbell E340. They can run on batteries or fully on mains power same as this S4. This will not affect the S4 sales. It will boost consumer satisfaction, loyalty and trust. This camera looks great on paper but there is a lot to be improved. Don’t just launch cameras like candy flavours. Make the older cameras great and then upgrade the hardware with solid software behind it. It’s different not better.

I’ve been using the Eufycam S4 for a while now and honestly, I'm really impressed!The cameras are excellent – super sharp picture (4K wide angle plus a zoom lens that pans/tilts). I can actually read number plates and see faces clearly from way further than I expected. The tracking is great too; if someone walks out of one camera’s view, another one picks them up automatically.Night vision is solid – color looks good, and the built-in spotlights and strobes make a big difference.No subscription fees is a huge plus, and the built-in storage is generous but easily expandable with an SD card or connecting to optional Homebase.Being wireless, installation is simple and with the large solar panel, the battery is kept topped up.

It can be wirelessly synced to smartphone via the eufy mobile app. At the moment there is no desktop app for the brand's security cameras, so in order to use a laptop or PC to access your eufyCam S4 you'll need to log into eufy's web portal, which offers live viewing of cam footage and access to an event log but doesn't support direct playback of local video recordings, and doesn't support the advanced camera-management features which are available via the eufy mobile app. The highest level of S4 functionality can be achieved by connecting the camera to a HomeBase S380 unit, which delivers additional options such as massively expanded capacity for locally storing all video footage. The S4 camera unit itself offers some local storage via its built-in TF card slot.The S4 is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. It requires no paid subscription and has no hidden fees. It's ready to go straight out of the box.In addition to its cameras, the main S4 housing has built-in spotlights, PIR sensor, coloured alarm lights, mic and speaker. The alarm is impressive - its combination of piercingly bright red and blue warning lights and shrill audio siren will scare away all but the most determined (or foolish) would-be burglar.Quality of night-vision footage is impressive thanks to the cam's built-in spotlights and ultra-sensitive sensors.The S4's AI tracking works effectively. Few things deter would-be intruders more than a turret cam tracking their movements does.You can pay for cloud storage if you wish, but I wouldn't recommend doing so. Storing anything in the so-called cloud is not a security boon but a security risk. As every tech-savvy person knows, "There is no cloud - it's just some other guy's computer".I've no significant criticisms of this camera. It's a well-designed, versatile, reliable, user-friendly piece of security equipment that's worth every penny of its £249.00 price tag.

I’ve been using the Eufycam S4 for a while now and honestly, I'm really impressed!The cameras are excellent – super sharp picture (4K wide angle plus a zoom lens that pans/tilts). I can actually read number plates and see faces clearly from way further than I expected. The tracking is great too; if someone walks out of one camera’s view, another one picks them up automatically.Night vision is solid – color looks good, and the built-in spotlights and strobes make a big difference.No subscription fees is a huge plus, and the built-in storage is generous but easily expandable with an SD card or connecting to optional Homebase.Being wireless, installation is simple and with the large solar panel, the battery is kept topped up.
