I have brought 2 C31 cameras and they work great and efficiently. I’m very pleased with all Eufy products and services. All their products have great quality and durability. The customer service is quick to respond. It also comes with amazing night colour vision. Overall I recommend Eufy products to any new customers but I truly am a fan of the C31 cameras. It’s a must have.

I have this camera set up in a lean to at the back of my house, so I wanted something weather resistant like this. It copes very well even through the glass, the quality of the night footage is very impressive. I share a path with a neighbour and it’s alerted when he’s put the bins out at all sorts of times, so it’s reacted both day and night, but it also doesn’t go off every time a cat goes past. It can record constantly with an sd card and no subscription. Very happy with it and can nauseating getting another for the front of the house in the future

It is not too difficult to set up if you have some knowledge of wifi and memory cards. It works well with my wifi even though it's quite far from the router. There is a slight lag between 'intruder' being spotted and being able to see him/her on a live feed, but I get a thumbnail still on my Apple Watch which is useful. I'm concerned about the connection of the camera to a power source - you have to open a weatherproof door to reveal the socket, and when you insert the plug the weatherproof door can't close. It may not be a problem, we'll see. The app is very good and pretty intuitive. I'm pleased I don't need a subscription for my application. Good value.

It’s good theres lots of things I like about this, I’m coming from the solocam s220. Its performance during the day is really great, picks up every movement without fail it’s located fairly high up close to my roof too, lots of nice features such as the ability to turn the camera and also set it too spin left and right regularly. Loved that I could just plug it in rather than have to charge up every week. My issue is the night vision, my solocam S220 was okay ish at night and would pick up the odd movement but not much. This C31 picks up almost nothing at all, I’m unsure if it’s the distance that’s the issue or the night vision but it’s disappointing the solocam s220 was better at night. I’ve check the image at night through the live feed and i can see without issue just doesn’t pick up motion. Either way still very good always the option to record 24/7 instead of motion only.

I have recommended these products to friends and family and they are more than happy with Eufy especially the door bell and how clear the picture is and that there is no subscription fee. It's to cute 🥰, paired quick and easy with my home base 3, tracking is on spot! Wish the power cable would be a bit longer than 2m or have the option to choose but apparent from that I absolutely love it!
