Bought to replace broken door bell on my sons recommendation, very pleased with product and easily installed
Purchased to replace Ring doorbell system due to picture/alarm lag and cost of ring annual fees. Works better than expected with good response to movements to alerts on phone and good clear pictures. Easy to install following guides on app and booklet supplied with the doorbell. A great addition to enhance home security.
These are very good doorbells, now they have a bigger battery the inconvenience of having to recharge them so often is reduced greatly, the picture quality is excellent, I would highly recommend
It was a hassle to have the missing pin, I’m still waiting to receive it
This unit replaces a previous Eufy doorbell which was satisfactory until battery started failing. Thought we could connect to existing chime - discovered afterwards they were not compatible. Purchased new chime, pairing proved quite complicated and had to seek assistance from Eufy Help. AI help was useless; human Help was much more effective and patiently took us through a very long process, with a few problems which he was able to resolve.

Excellent quality video recording. Easy to fix in position. Support from eufy agents is excellent. Once set up, no ongoing costs. Would highly recommend.
For the price and quality its an amazing product. Would recommend to anyone.

Door bell supplied with wrong base so had to return.
I wired in my door bell with supplied cable links it was very difficult to attach main body to the base- there is no clearance for cables between battery and the base.
The IT etc is fine, but there is no space at the back of the device to enable the connectors to sit without the device being pushed out of its holder. They are your connectors and your device, so no excuse
Great doorbell camera that doesn’t require a subscription. Motion detection is great and it notifys you when someone is present on your property. Also includes night vision to see in the dark.

I've been using 4 eufy cameras with a homebase 3 for about 2 years and have been faultless. I've now included a doorbell and was set up in 10 minutes on the app. So easy to install and add to the app. It's worked perfectly and recorded and alerted me to every caller and delivery at my door.

I am absolutely delighted with this video doorbell. Easy to install, no subscription and easy to take off the door to charge battery or change the SD card. I live alone so it gives me so much security. I installed it yesterday and I’ve been obsessed with it since. Can’t recommend it enough.
