You can’t fault it. Excellent help with a memory card problem. Always very polite and helpful. This is my third Eufy (2 are at my work) and I would get another if needed. Thank you Eufy!

Eufy’s doorbells are all amazing great tech great as always from eufy and thus is just as great as all Eufy’s doorbells I have daulcam doorbell on my front door and this one on my backdoor as my delivery drivers keep going to the back keep up the good work eufy best doorbells by far then any other make

I’ve got a few eufy devices already and they’ve all been great, so I expected this one to be good. It didn’t let me down. The C30 was easy to set up and the build quality feels just like the rest of the range.

The 2K picture is clear, even on grey days, and the wider view makes it easy to see parcels left off to the side. Motion detection has been reliable without constant false alerts. When someone presses the bell, my phone rings straight away and the video loads quickly enough to have a normal conversation.

Battery life has been steady and the local storage keeps things simple with no subscriptions to think about. It’s handled the usual Scottish weather without any issues.

Overall, it’s a dependable little doorbell that does exactly what you want without any fuss.

Amazing camera good battery life, I would like to see one maybe solar powered

This is my second rift smart bell. We used the first one with battery before eventually finding someone who could wire it in. Not straightforward or easy at all, partly due to unhelpful information on options. Sorted now and works fine. Will be wiring the second one in also. Very happy with the actual doorbell.

Supplying with a memory card would have been good. Once set up pretty easy to use. Clear picture and easy to hear

It’s great. Only needed something simple not expensive and it’s just what we needed.

I have 2 Eufy solar cameras outside & a hub inside. My previous video door camera had a dreadful battery life, so I needed something better. My son has the video doorbell & he hasn't had to charge his yet, even though he's had it a while. Very pleased that the hub has the doorbell ringer which you can have on or off. I would definitely recommend

It connects with voice control without delay and notifications appear quickly. Storage needs a card or base, though keeping recordings indoors gives peace of mind. An easy upgrade for a front door. Four stars for neat software and clear visuals.

Good quality item, sturdy and looks really well made. The picture quality is excellent and is very reliable on the notifications. Very easy to set up and get connected to wifi and instructions are easy to follow. All in all I would highly recommend and at this price you'll not get anything better !

I’ve been using the Eufy C30 Doorbell for a while now. At first, I had some trouble watching events, but support sorted it out pretty quickly — really impressed with that. The battery lasts around 2 months even with a lot of activity, which is excellent.Just a heads-up you need to buy an SD card separately to store recordings. On the plus side, there’s no subscription required for the basic features.Overall, it’s a solid doorbell and I would recommend it. Four stars from me

Nice little door cam. Much better than I expected. Easy to set up and use. I usually get Ring cameras but this Eufy cam is superb and very good price. Only downside is having to remember to charge it every 2- 3 months.

Great product and no subscription. Very easy install and the eufy Video Doorbell C30 excellent recording clear as day! just remember you will need to but an additional SD card if you wish to store video but can be picked up cheap. highly recomomded product.

Have used Eufy products before, and already have a few cameras dotted around the house, along with the base station, so was interested in trying the video doorbell. So far I've been very impressed. Setup was incredibly easy, with the template and frame simple to install (using the frame/wedge to get an angled view). The doorbell was easy to charge using the included cable, and connecting to the app was a breeze (admittedly I had already used this, but the process was still very easy). Picture quality has been good, and there were no signal issues between the doorbell and the homebase. The motion detection has been a little hit and miss, particularly in the activity zones you can setup (mainly still picking up motion well outside the zone) but after switching to human only its been working well. Battery life has so far been going well, lasting a good couple of weeks (with fairly active motion detection and alerts).

They love it. Should have got it sooner.
