This camera is a breeze to set up, assuming you are replacing and existing camera and so have the electrical wires to connect. They make mounting very easy with the plate and also a method to hang the camera safely while you join the wall-mounted base to the camera.
The 3K quality is excellent for my main purpose which is bird watching. The lens positioning is super quiet so it doesn't disturb the birds if I zoom and pan. Floodlight is very strong equivalent to about 120 Watts old system.
Slightly annoying to see it's £40 cheaper now then when I bought it a week ago. I suppose the lesson is be patient and check what's happening with the price.

I still have two of these floodlights. Both have their WIFI modules started failing after less than 2 years of having them installed - 19 months to be more precise.
Wish I'd seen this item a year ago. Absolutely brilliant. Easy to install, and connects to latest broadband network systems. Previous camera light only connected to 2.4ghz. Can set specific zone for persons, cars, pets, and the rest, either singularly or combination. Great if you've got trees or bushes nearby and you don't want a recording every 2 minutes when it's a bit breezy. Set night vision in b&w or colour. Camera automatically moves to follow person, car etc that it has picked up.

Brilliant camera let down by lack of instructions! No install instructions at all in the box! That said it is extremely easy to install. So what's the issue? I'm fairly competent at installing electrical items so when there were no instructions I cracked on installing the camera on the wall. Easy job and done in less than 30 mins easily. Install the app to initialise the camera only to discover you need to plug the camera in first! I now need to take the camera back down to initialise it! There is nothing anywhere on the included documents warning of this and while it's not the end of the world it is infuriating that this simple warning is not included in the box anywhere! I simple line in the quick start guide, of which there are only two in regards to setup, like I've said zero install instructions.
Great quality works well with 128gb sd card &/or the eufy homebase 3 i have the double camera doorbell as well and the 2 go together well, and you can use alexa echo show devices or firetvs etc to live view the cams /doorbells etc, built in Ai detects motions of vehicles or people or pets A great piece of kit for the price i would definitely recommend eufy devices
Easy to install. Very good app and colour definition is fantastic day and night. Love the way the camera moves with the person movement. I was concerned it would pick up and alert me to people in the street but the distance of the alert is easy to set up as is the time of alerts.
Installation was easy with videos on YouTube showing you step by step. I used a 250GB memory card & had the 24/7 recording on. Although it worked it burns out the cards due to the constant recording & deleting. The camera will occasionally ask you to format the card once it’s reached full but does say it’ll recorded over the old & replace with new footage. It’ll hold about a days worth of footage on the 24/7 mode. Motion detection mode will make the memory card last much longer. I upgraded to the Homebase 3 for this camera as I wasn’t willing to swap memory cards out every 1-2 months. & the swap from memory card to Homebase mode was swift, easy & better functionality on offer. No need to remove the camera from where you installed & added bonus the new homebase will move all your cameras over with ease. The new Homebase 3 allows this camera with 24/7 recording to accumulate several months. The picture quality is fantastic & the camera intelligently moves the lenses so that both zoomed in & out both focus on the person, car or dog once it’s detached them. It hasn’t missed a single time I’ve walked past it. Would highly recommend this camera with the Homebase 3 along with a 2TB hard drive.

The video quality is clear, the light is bright, and the whole setup feels sturdy and reliable.Setup was quick and straightforward, and once installed it’s been very responsive — the light and camera react instantly when motion is detected.When I first installed it, I turned the light function off because it was a bit sensitive and triggered for everything. I recently turned it back on and it’s been much better, so I’ve kept it running for the last four months with no problems.One big advantage is that there’s no subscription required. The upfront cost is a little higher than some other brands, but for me that’s absolutely worth it to avoid ongoing fees. It’s also great not to have to rely on batteries — being wired in makes it more reliable and means I never have to think about recharging.The AI detection is excellent — it reliably tells the difference between people and pets. It even tracks the neighbour’s cat when it comes into the garden at night, which gives me confidence that it won’t miss anything important.The only small downside is that if you change your Wi-Fi password, you need to go outside and press the sync button to reconnect. It would be more convenient if you could update the details through the app. Other than that, it’s been an excellent purchase.

But need to work on the problems mentioned above.

I haven't worked out the streaming side of things yet but the camera itself is incredible and the setup and configuration have been thought through really well. I had to daisy chain the signal through a WiFi extender and was shocked at how little swearing was involve. 5 stars. Great product.

Mains powered so need to worry about battery life and it can be programmed to do extra things like follow people who walk on your property or do a security sweep of the area. They're can be some occasional lag, but this seems to be a "feature" for all Eufy cameras for no apparent reason - however overall very pleased and it gives a visible deterrent too.
Having read some negative feedback I felt compelled to leave a review.I previously had the ring floodlight cam, utter garbage and twice the price that I paid for the Eufy, it would constantly drop the wifi even though it was just above the window where the router is, and turn on the floodlights in direct sunlight, no dusk to dawn option, and even on minimum sensitivity with an area only covering my drive, set to human detection only, would send constant alerts if the neighbours cat farted on the other side of the street, I literally ripped it off the wall and threw it in the bin.I bought the Eufy and haven't looked back, its always connected, i get instant alerts, if I walk past the edge of the house my phone pings immediately, something the ring never did, ai tracking works perfectly and the image quality knocks the ring out of the park. You can also set the brightness of the floodlights
Video quality is superb, very quick to install both wired and on WiFi, a bit of an awkward one to install on a brick wall, well packaged and delivered reasonably quick.

Excellent camera and flood lights, set up was really easy, fitting to the garage was really easy even put a holding strap on the camera so you can hook it onto the backplate while you connect the wires, saves you needing three hands. Sound quality is really good, the alarm is very loud the light brightness is adjustable and you can make a schedule for the lights.I had to turn my WiFi router towards to the camera for the WiFi to reach.
