The eufycam s3 pro with 2 4k cameras was easy to setup in the app and link to Apple home. Great bit of kit. I like how the home base is small and compact, you can use a wireless base or connected to your network. I have also added more cameras as well.

The overall quality of the homebase, cameras and App, so far seems to be very high. Battery life has been excellent, even with the camera in a shaded area and image quality is very good. The AI appears to work well, and I have had almost no false alerts so far. Early days but so far so good.

I bought EufyCam S3 Pro kit because it linked into my Apple ecosystem. I was not disappointed.
The system was easy to set up right from the start with the voice prompts being all I needed.
Setting up with HomeKit was a breeze.
In operation the system works very well, with the images being clear both day and night.

I found this system very easy to install and use, it tells me when anyone is on my property and can also identify faces when they are downloaded via the app. The solar panels work well, even in winter to keep the camera batteries topped up.

Used for a week or so but so far so good, low cost alternative with no scrimp on quality

After installing iOS 26 on my iPhone, I can no longer use the talk-through feature on my two Eufy S3 Pro cameras. Previously, I was able to speak through the app and communicate via the cameras, but now it doesn’t work.If you need to contact with customer service, good luck! The phone line for Eufy product just cut off because they currently not providing services.Update - Eufy support reached out to me and helped me resolve the problem quickly. Their assistance was professional and effective.I will probably considering to get an additional camera �

Very easy install, added a 2TB ssd to Homebase 3 no problem excellent performance highly recommended. There is an option for cloud backup at £39 per annum for two cameras, but it isn’t a mandatory requirement as storage of files is on the Homebase, but if you want a backup of the files in cloud there is a cost. Replaces Hive outdoor camera that stopped working 01st August, compared to the Hive camera Eufy is is far superior

Sigh, I've had enough, time to leave a negative review which I seldom do or refrain from doing. Everyday I either have to reset the Eufy app so I start getting notifications again or have to restart my Eufy hub. I have one camera set up to record continuously, and everyday it will randomly stop recording. I have missed so many parcel/delivery/people notifications because I receive no notifications. When the system works, it works well however what's the point having a system where your constantly having to manually check it daily to make sure there are no issues. Current setup S3 Pro cam with Hub, indoor 360 cam and front dual doorcam.Update : I've been contacted and been offered refund or replacement. Can't fault there customer service, top notch.

I was reticent initially about buying this product as it was a considerable outlay for a system. The reviews all looked positive and the video reviews added additional confidence in the purchase. They arrived the same day when ordered early in the morning. I’m no DIYer and was apprehensive about setting the cameras up, ladders aren’t my thing! However I was surprised how easy it was and it only took me all told 2hrs to install and set up with a fully functioning easy to use, security system. The picture quality and functionality of the system in entirety is superb and brilliant quality. It’s a perfect fit for what I needed and I’m now even thinking of adding additional pieces (upto 16 on the Homebase system) as time progresses and need arises. I can highly recommend this for anyone looking for an all in one security system that you don’t have to pay a subscription for!

A brilliant starter kit from Eufy. Wonderful quality and excellent choices of settings via the app. Easy set up and great connectivity to wi-fi outside the house and no wiring! Only gripe is the hub itself does not have a super loud alarm but if your external cameras are going off as well that should be enough to scare off unwanted folk. Really recommend.

Good build quality and handy to have a solar panel included. However, for the solar panel to receive charge it does need to be located in a place that will receive full sun light.The eufy app features good functions and very adaptable and customisable to your needs. For example you can adjust the sensitivity of the motion detection.This camera system does offer 24/7 recording which I understand is now available, although I am yet to purchase their outdoor cable and expanded the storage on the homebase to allow for this function.

Overall the product is good but more information needs to be available about using the features of the cameras on the app., it comes down to intuitive trial and error to get going.

I thought that I won’t need any solar panel anymore with this ones well it’s not what I thought!So, if you buy this cameras you have to be prepared to install to each one’s a solar panel otherwise they’ll run out of juice pretty quickly, probably like a week or so and this in light traffic conditions!This is the reason for 4 stars, the image is top notch, all AI features worth all money but like all smartphones, bigger and full of features battery drain quickly! The video quality is good particularly at night. The Zoom feature is pointless for me as it cannot be saved & the quality is greatly reduced. The battery with Solar only lasted 3 week (January) & I live in the UK.

Very good quality Security Camera Kit from Eufy made from very good materials and will last a long time.I have been using this security kit for just over three months now and so far I have only had one issue with it which I will go over later but apart from that this is an excellent security kit. All the parts feel solid and sturdy which is exactly what you would want.Very easy to setup took me about fifteen minutes to connect the two cameras to the Homebase station and connected to the mobile app, ten minutes of that time was updating the firmware on the homebase. The manual is very good with clear instructions most of the setup you get clear prompts going through the setup wizard on the mobile app. There are two things to note first you will need a Eufy account which you can create on there website if you do not have one already, and second one is during the initial setup you will need to connect the homebase to your router using an ethernet cable which is supplied.Comes with all the fittings you will need to setup the two cameras in your desired locations you will need a drill to do this, each camera and the homebase have a solar panel on the top of each device and you also have one small external solar panel that you can connect to one of the cameras in case the camera is in the shade my only minor grumble with this is I would have liked the cable to have been a bit longer.The camera footage is excellent this is 4k and is crystal clear BUT of course this will also depend on the WIFI signal strength the two cameras and homebase have. If I am honest I was not expecting much from the night vision but I am willing to admit when I am wrong this far exceeded my expectation even just having it on standard mode the footage is clear and you can easily make out faces, number plates etc which is perfect. BUT I have another grumble with the night modes there is no Auto mode so you will have to select one of the modes and leave it on that mode unless you want to be changing it manually all the time.The homebase is what takes this to the next level the video/audio footage is stored on it so no need for memory cards which is perfect and I like that it has two USB ports on the back that you can connect a hard drive/USB stick to it to transfer/archive the files which is a very nice touch.So why did I not give this five stars this comes down to my only grumble and that is with the WIFI if I have the homebase connected with an ethernet cable I have no problems BUT when I connect it to WIFI I get random disconnections and it is not the location even if I have the homebase & two cameras in the same room as the router I still get random disconnections or at least the homebase can not communicate with the two cameras this last about twenty to thirty seconds and then it is ok again. I am still willing to accept that it is possibly an issue with my router as I have not seen anyone else complaining about this in the reviews so I will investigate further.Overall I am happy with the Security Camera Kit .

After installing iOS 26 on my iPhone, I can no longer use the talk-through feature on my two Eufy S3 Pro cameras. Previously, I was able to speak through the app and communicate via the cameras, but now it doesn’t work.If you need to contact with customer service, good luck! The phone line for Eufy product just cut off because they currently not providing services.Update - Eufy support reached out to me and helped me resolve the problem quickly. Their assistance was professional and effective.I will probably considering to get an additional camera �

Very easy install, added a 2TB ssd to Homebase 3 no problem excellent performance highly recommended. There is an option for cloud backup at £39 per annum for two cameras, but it isn’t a mandatory requirement as storage of files is on the Homebase, but if you want a backup of the files in cloud there is a cost. Replaces Hive outdoor camera that stopped working 01st August, compared to the Hive camera Eufy is is far superior

Sigh, I've had enough, time to leave a negative review which I seldom do or refrain from doing. Everyday I either have to reset the Eufy app so I start getting notifications again or have to restart my Eufy hub. I have one camera set up to record continuously, and everyday it will randomly stop recording. I have missed so many parcel/delivery/people notifications because I receive no notifications. When the system works, it works well however what's the point having a system where your constantly having to manually check it daily to make sure there are no issues. Current setup S3 Pro cam with Hub, indoor 360 cam and front dual doorcam.Update : I've been contacted and been offered refund or replacement. Can't fault there customer service, top notch.

I was reticent initially about buying this product as it was a considerable outlay for a system. The reviews all looked positive and the video reviews added additional confidence in the purchase. They arrived the same day when ordered early in the morning. I’m no DIYer and was apprehensive about setting the cameras up, ladders aren’t my thing! However I was surprised how easy it was and it only took me all told 2hrs to install and set up with a fully functioning easy to use, security system. The picture quality and functionality of the system in entirety is superb and brilliant quality. It’s a perfect fit for what I needed and I’m now even thinking of adding additional pieces (upto 16 on the Homebase system) as time progresses and need arises. I can highly recommend this for anyone looking for an all in one security system that you don’t have to pay a subscription for!

A brilliant starter kit from Eufy. Wonderful quality and excellent choices of settings via the app. Easy set up and great connectivity to wi-fi outside the house and no wiring! Only gripe is the hub itself does not have a super loud alarm but if your external cameras are going off as well that should be enough to scare off unwanted folk. Really recommend.

Good build quality and handy to have a solar panel included. However, for the solar panel to receive charge it does need to be located in a place that will receive full sun light.The eufy app features good functions and very adaptable and customisable to your needs. For example you can adjust the sensitivity of the motion detection.This camera system does offer 24/7 recording which I understand is now available, although I am yet to purchase their outdoor cable and expanded the storage on the homebase to allow for this function.

Overall the product is good but more information needs to be available about using the features of the cameras on the app., it comes down to intuitive trial and error to get going.

This cameras are a big step forward compared with Eufy cameras few years back!I’m using their battery cameras for 4 years now and still batteries hold enough power but I wanted new model especially for built-in solar panel and I purchased my first set of S3 pro! I thought that I won’t need any solar panel anymore with this ones well it’s not what I thought!So, if you buy this cameras you have to be prepared to install to each one’s a solar panel otherwise they’ll run out of juice pretty quickly, probably like a week or so and this in light traffic conditions!This is the reason for 4 stars, the image is top notch, all AI features worth all money but like all smartphones, bigger and full of features battery drain quickly! The video quality is good particularly at night. The Zoom feature is pointless for me as it cannot be saved & the quality is greatly reduced. The battery with Solar only lasted 3 week (January) & I live in the UK.

Very good quality Security Camera Kit from Eufy made from very good materials and will last a long time.I have been using this security kit for just over three months now and so far I have only had one issue with it which I will go over later but apart from that this is an excellent security kit. All the parts feel solid and sturdy which is exactly what you would want.Very easy to setup took me about fifteen minutes to connect the two cameras to the Homebase station and connected to the mobile app, ten minutes of that time was updating the firmware on the homebase. The manual is very good with clear instructions most of the setup you get clear prompts going through the setup wizard on the mobile app. There are two things to note first you will need a Eufy account which you can create on there website if you do not have one already, and second one is during the initial setup you will need to connect the homebase to your router using an ethernet cable which is supplied.Comes with all the fittings you will need to setup the two cameras in your desired locations you will need a drill to do this, each camera and the homebase have a solar panel on the top of each device and you also have one small external solar panel that you can connect to one of the cameras in case the camera is in the shade my only minor grumble with this is I would have liked the cable to have been a bit longer.The camera footage is excellent this is 4k and is crystal clear BUT of course this will also depend on the WIFI signal strength the two cameras and homebase have. If I am honest I was not expecting much from the night vision but I am willing to admit when I am wrong this far exceeded my expectation even just having it on standard mode the footage is clear and you can easily make out faces, number plates etc which is perfect. BUT I have another grumble with the night modes there is no Auto mode so you will have to select one of the modes and leave it on that mode unless you want to be changing it manually all the time.The homebase is what takes this to the next level the video/audio footage is stored on it so no need for memory cards which is perfect and I like that it has two USB ports on the back that you can connect a hard drive/USB stick to it to transfer/archive the files which is a very nice touch.So why did I not give this five stars this comes down to my only grumble and that is with the WIFI if I have the homebase connected with an ethernet cable I have no problems BUT when I connect it to WIFI I get random disconnections and it is not the location even if I have the homebase & two cameras in the same room as the router I still get random disconnections or at least the homebase can not communicate with the two cameras this last about twenty to thirty seconds and then it is ok again. I am still willing to accept that it is possibly an issue with my router as I have not seen anyone else complaining about this in the reviews so I will investigate further.Overall I am happy with the Security Camera Kit .
